We just finished a 5 night stay at DeAndre's place. Everything was clean and as described. 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen at opposite ends of the unit. Very comfortable couch and good amenities. The location is excellent for exploring downtown KC. There is a streetcar stop right outside the apartment which is very convenient to go up to the River Market or down to Union Station for free! Tons of restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment too. The building is vey secure and there is an attached parking garage for an additional fee that was very secure and convenient. We had fun playing pool in the game room off the lobby and using the gym / basketball court in the building as well. Unit is on a high floor so we did not hear much street noise other than the occasional loud car below. Would absolutely stay here again if we are even in KC again. Thanks DeAndre!

Loved staying at Chris's place! The views of downtown from the 21st floor were amazing. The beds were very comfortable - my friend and I wanted to take them with us. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Caleb was very helpful with clear instructions to find the place and check in and with local recommendations. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved the amenities at the complex and the security in the lobby were very friendly and helpful.

I love how accessible the Airbnb is. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the river market just down the street. I really enjoyed this spot for how clean and welcoming it felt walking into the Airbnb. I hope to come back to this place and visit my friends again in the future.

The host was remarkably responsive, quick and helpful. The apartment is in a luxury building, walkable to tons of great restaurants, bars, and attractions, and is a stop on the tram line. Some reviews have mentioned that it was difficult to get inside upon arrival. This is basically true; because it’s a really safe apartment building, there are several locks you have to navigate at first. But once you figure it out the first time, it’s a breeze. And totally worth it for the feeling of security and privacy. When we ran into an issue, the host responded immediately and we had no issues after that. An incredible apartment for the price, location, and feeling of luxury. And the view!

I absolutely loved this place and it's location. It was my first time in Kansas City, but I felt like I could get all around town easily from here. The space itself was very clean, and free of clutter. I really enjoyed the view from this location as well with it being up on one of the higher floors in the building. Francis was also super quick to respond to any and all questions I had for them. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working for me while I was there, and I ended up having to use my phones hotspot for the weekend. Francis was on top of trying to help me with it, but maintenance never ended up coming around to fix it while I was there. I have no doubt this issue will be resolved for future visitors, but still thought I should mention it.

The location is wonderful. You can see the Nelson Atkins museum grounds from the East-facing windows. Loved the TV in the bedroom too.

I would 100% book with Sage again! Her home is spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Perfect location and very affordable! Can’t say enough good things!

Very nice stay. My only complaint was that the hallways were dark and there was strong odor of marijuana. The smell did not invade the apt.

The place was great. It was exactly where we wanted to be. Close to Country Club Plaza area. Walking distance to everything we wanted, Art Museum, good restaurants, and a short drive to the Jazz clubs.

Great, convenient spot that was perfect for a short stay while I transitioned to a longer term place in Kansas City. Could easily have stayed longer though. Great living space and view over the Plaza. Adam is a great communicator and made things really easy.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

We were in a jam to find a place quickly. Thanks to Jill's immediate response we were able to work something out and have a place to stay the next day. After a 400 plus mile drive we were very tired. Walking into Jill's place felt like a weight had been lifted. The design/layout of this home is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. The spaciousness of the home and the fact that it was clutter free really added to the calm and made it a restful for us. The location provided easy access to fast food restaurants, shopping and for us to connect with our family in the Kansas City area. We 100% recommend booking this opportunity when you need a place in Independence Missouri and the surrounding Kansas City area.

Great location. It was close to restaurants and shopping. It had a wonderful neighborhood walking trail. The house was super clean. We will stay here again!

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

This was one of the coolest places I have ever stayed! The host was very helpful and gave good recommendations.

Everything in Jenna’s place was top-of-the-line. The appliances were all new top-of-the-line. Everything was exactly as described living room furniture top-of-the-line beds top-of-the-line I look forward to hopefully staying there again thank you

We had a great time! Pool table downstairs was fun, home was very clean and easy check in. Only stayed one night, but it had everything we needed.

Anna’s place was wonderful to stay in! We had our 4 kids with us and they loved waking up in the morning to go throw a football, play baseball, or kick a soccer ball around in the front and backyard. It was very spacious for them have play In! The interior space was soooo lovely! Lots of extra cleaning supplies that were needed after picking up after 4 kiddos. This entire home felt just like home for us. We were all extremely sad to have to go. I appreciated how responsive the hosts were with us with needed to get in contact with any issue we came across. It got solved immediately with no issue! Thank you for such a memorable time your home created for us! We will definitely be back!

This was my very first Airbnb experience. I was nervous when I started to message him, but he was very friendly and nice. Doug’s house is more than what I expected! Each room was so spacious, tons of natural lights from many windows, four bathrooms are amazingly upgraded and the kitchen has many cool gadgets. When I asked him questions, he replied me immediately. Thank you, Doug!!
