Great location and spacious townhouse with a garage and large, comfortable living room. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. As others have said, the queen mattress in the smaller room was not. It would be fine for kids. Some of the other furniture was dated, but functional. The place is very spacious(essentially 4 stories) and there is plenty of room to spread out. If you choose to cook, the kitchen has everything you need, including spices. It snowed during our visit, so we very much appreciated the garage for our car. It’s a single car garage being used for other things, but should work for most small or medium sized vehicles. A large SUV or van could still use the private driveway. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and seemed very safe, with easy access to highways and different parts of the metro area. Would be an ideal place for a family with young kids. Parents would have a comfortable room and bed, and there is plenty of space for everyone.

We enjoyed staying at Scott’s families house. It felt like home. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys that were there. Scott set up air mattresses as we lay out request.

Specifically booked for the pool for the kids. Was very clean and warm. There is only a tv on the master bedroom not in the other bedrooms. This is the first host that I’ve ever received so many messages reminding me of the check out time or a late checkout fee will apply which I thought was excessive. I booked 1 night and was well aware of the rules and check in- check out time. Left 30 min before check out which we had planned before booking. The water in the showers goes from burning hot to ice cold but overall was a nice place to stay at. Plenty of towels and space.

The house was neat and clean. Johnny was responsive when there was a glitch bout a sticking lock. It was comfortable and clean. It felt safe and secure.

We had a great stay. This place was in a great location for us with nice, fun amenities. We had a small issue upon arrival that the host corrected immediately and to our satisfaction. Very friendly and responsive host. The home looked like the pictures and was nice.

Came in town with my kids for a Chiefs game. We enjoyed our stay and the area. House was great, exactly what we needed. Casy was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb for a day, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish! The home was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was ideal – close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, making it easy to explore during the day and relax in the evenings. This place exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a fantastic host, look no further. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

Good location and easy to find. On the third floor so if you are not able to use the stairs it might not be a good fit for you.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Great place for two adults or two adults traveling with one or two kids. Exceptional value for money. 5 minutes to the Merc, ten minutes to Mass Street, 20 minutes or so to Clinton Lake. Particularly worth noting is that most Airbnb places say they have a "full kitchen" when they have skillet and a spatula. This is a FULLY equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, spices, and even a little cooking oil!

Nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive and even left treats for our dog. Would def stay again.
