This apartment was located in a cul de sac in a nice development of older homes. Easy parking, no noise at all, perfectly equipped and furnished. Lots of little touches here and there that made it very restful and a great place to wind down at the end of a busy day. Recommend highly. We will stay there again.

While I didn't get a chance to stay with Aurelio, his team was courteous and friendly. Their response time was awesome, and they completely understood the last-minute change. I can't wait to book with them again soon.

Nick and June’s place was as described! It was the ideal location to downtown and quiet. Was in town for a concert and this was the perfect place for a nice weekend getaway

We had a great stay. Barebones bachelor pad. But for the price, amenities, location, can't be beat. Location: Convenient to get to all over town, lots of walking distance places to eat and coffee right in the building. Cleanliness: Overall a clean place. Smell: Overall good. Noise: Overall good, can hear trains- blasting of horns, party scene on the weekends. But all definitely manageable with ear plugs.

Leonard was great, really enjoyed meeting him. Would recommend this place to anybody, especially if you like the fish, or if you just like sitting on the back porch, looking across the lake, very nice.

If was a pleasure staying in their place for while and we never got bothered by someone. Neighbors were friendly and nice. We felt safe. I really recommend this place.

Everything was exactly as advertised and very well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and everything you might need. It’s right off a busy road, but the traffic noise didn’t keep me from having a good night’s sleep. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, extremely walkable and bus accessible area for visiting not only NC State but Raleigh in general. Clean spot, every room has its own bathroom which is great, safe location by the campus. Security/police presence from the school makes it a fine area to walk around even at night. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and the like within walking distance.

Five star property! This property is in a great location across the street from the NC State University campus. Convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. The photos are perfectly accurate of the apartment, there were no surprises. We traveled by plane and were pleasantly surprised by how well the apartment was stocked with necessities. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc were all there for us which was a huge help. We had a minor issues figuring out how to get the AC to work upon our arrival and the host was extremely responsive and quick to help us resolve the AC. This was around 11:00 pm and he was there for us and super helpful. He could not have been more accommodating....A+ service! We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay there again in the future.

Perfect place for 2 people. Great neighborhood. Close to NCSU which is perfect for us to visit our daughters.
