Overall the stay went well. It is in a cul-de-sac so we did have slight issue with parking that a neighbor complained on. Our hosts were great and extremely responsive during this and were willing to assist with making the adjustment. This house is very spacious, plenty of space for 10 people. I will book again if allowed.

Elvalorie was so sweet and helpful from the moment we booked. She gave us recommendations, even gave us extra accommodations despite the season and timing. She really made our trip worth it and the house was gorgeous and homey and CLEAN. Anything we needed, she already had ready for us. 10/10 gem in NC

We were in town to attend a conference at the convention center that is 3 blocks away. Six of us stayed at the house. The brownstone is beautiful with hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and kitchen. I believe this place to be a new home to the owner. The silverware is still in the box from the store and only four plates. The only glasses were champaign flutes or coffee mugs. There was no toaster. I believe he is still getting the place stocked sufficiently. The homeowner was very responsive to our needs. We reached out several times about a couple of issues and he made sure to come by the place to get those corrected. For example, we didn't have any hot water the first day but he had a plumber there and it was fixed by the time we got back to the house. He also had someone come in to fix the door to the balcony that wouldn't close properly. Be aware the road noise can be a bit bothersome with sirens, trains and traffic. Overall I would recommend this rental.

Great host and great place to stay. We loved this place and highly recommend for anyone visiting Raleigh for its location and very comfortable and safe accommodation.

Had a group down for the NCAA tournament and really enjoyed our stay at the house. There were plenty of beds and space for the group. The entire house was recently remodeled and everything met our expectations. Calling Uber's/Lyft's was a little challenging due to the location of the house but we always got a ride. The back patio and backyard was awesome to enjoy the basketball games with the outdoor TV and fireplace. The surrounding area the house is at is a little run down but we felt safe the entire trip and enjoyed out stay. Would absolutely recommend this house if traveling with a large group and looking for a great place in Raleigh!
