Thank you for accepting our last minute booking! Rooms, kitchen and toilets were very clean! No visible dust seen during stay. Aircon were working perfectly. Clear instructions given by the host. And host was very fast in replying too 👍🏽 Unit is very suitable for big family. I had a family of 9, the beds were more than enough. They had extra mattress too. Nice view from the living room balcony. Cons; The cupboard was very close to the beds so you couldn't really open the cupboard door. If you're staying for 2 nights(like me), it shouldn't be a problem as you don't really need it. Swimming pool was closed too :( Kinda sad cos the whole family was looking forward to swim in the pool. Will definitely stay here again if I'm bringing my big family again!

the unit is very clean and spacious living room for family to chill. the room also got playpen for baby and there is play area also and my kids really happy stay there. the kitchen have everything that i need. plates ,bowls,cup, pots and clean kettle to boil water for my baby's milk. actually wanted to extend but its been booked by other. definately will comeback again. thank u so much

Clean and neat apartment just nice for our family. Equipped with the things we need. Responsive and friendly host as well. Setback was just the toilet odour (could be due to sewage issue). Other than that all ok.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was quick to respond to all inquiries and issues, providing clear videos and instructions for finding the apartment and self-check-in. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and the host went above and beyond by accommodating an early check-in request. When we reported the kettle was not working, it was promptly replaced with a new one. Highly recommend this thoughtful and responsive host!

Hanaa is a great host, she is very quick to respond to our request. She is very welcoming and her place has very good amenities. We appreciate the welcome goodies and her providing some basic necessities. The pool, gym and sauna works for our needs. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend her place!

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.

my second stay in Jason's place. super nice host. we accidently broke the plate and he was so kind and did not charge us. super clean and well organize house.

This house is very convenient for big family with young kids and just want stay around in KSL. Just downstairs and you will reach the mall. Cons not major but adults to look out at all time: - Balcony door unable to lock so if got young kids make sure they don't open themself. - Window can open easily just don't let the kids climb that high. - When we enter the hot water dispenser not working need use the electric kettle. Just keep try and error, on and off the switch magically it works at late night. 1 more issue but the host not able to settle I think. Is management of the building. ONLY 1 LIFT GO AS HIGH UP TO LEVEL 39/40? AND IS SUPER SLOW & IT TEND TO OVERLOAD EASILY EVEN THOUGH NOT 50% LOAD YET. Just an extra info to take note. Don't go up around check in time / dinner time kind. Long queue. Other than that, is a good stay for big family. The kids enjoy the big space☺️

Apartment is simple but with all the amenities and services provided. like a home away from home. only thing traffic in evening was terrible due to construction and monsoon rain Host is friendly and very responsive. Definitely book again.

the place is family friendly. kids have fun playing with all the toys and the slides. the secret tunnel is the highlight for my sons. will be good for those looking for alternative from staying in legoland. otherwise, this location not much to do.

We rented this home for a group R&R getaway, and it was perfect! The house is packed with fun entertainment options that we all enjoyed. It’s spacious, very clean, and well-maintained—great for a big group. Plus, the host, Mr. Wang, was very responsive and friendly, making the stay even better. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing trip!

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

Place was decently clean & tidy upon check-in. Location is good, short driving distances to most of the renowned shopping malls in JB. Not the most lavish house but definitely value for money - covers all your basic necessities during the stay. Host is mostly responsive & will answer all of your queries promptly. Will consider to return again in the future.
