Nice Host and very Friendly😊

This place is great. But if you're driving here, it's hard to find a place to park because they don't provide you a spot to park inside the guarded gate. Host was very late to respond. Had to ask for AirBnb support just to find the host's number. Check in instructions are also weird. The key card they provide you only unlocks the lobby door. But the digital door lock into the unit acts crazy once in a while. Was locked out of the unit because everytime I type in the numbers it's pressing other numbers until the point the system was locked for a few minutes. I was really pissed off even the owner of the unit told me to wait for a few minutes as well. On the day of check out, host promised me to refund the deposit on the day of checkout but was still late to respond. P.S, this review is edited. After I posted my honest review, host has threatened me to delete my review and will not refund my deposit unless I delete my review. This is literally harrasment. I don't recommend this place.

Fantastic stay with great view of the beach! Clean house with beautiful decor as listed in photos. Very responsible and responsive host who resolves all issues promptly. Such a pity it rained for the whole two days out of our three days’ stay and we could only visit the beach on the last day. Thank you for the pleasant holiday home in Danga Bay!

Check-in was easy. Security at the lobby is helpful and very friendly. Unit is very spacious and clean, with entertainment like mahjong and TV, suitable for big families/groups. We enjoyed our stay and will book this place again next time.

Good location. Great unit but there is no sofa at living room.

Our stay was absolutely splendid! My friends and I celebrated a birthday here, and the experience couldn’t have been better. We had a blast using the karaoke setup, and the additional TV in the room was perfect for playing games on our Nintendo Switch. The space was incredibly spacious, making it ideal for a group gathering. On top of that, the view was stunning! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay.

Easy check in , responsive host! , place was amazing able to accomodate 7 of us there and everything was working as they should! cozy place with a huge tv and comfy beds!

We had the best moments & experience. Will surely come back. Everything was good, the only thing is because it still very new, some item still not available in the house. Example, utensils, mop or broom, microwave & front door light. Nevertheless, we still very much enjoy our stay ♥️

Simple, minimalistic furnishings, kept spick and span. The highlight has got to be the amazing views from a high floor—unobstructed view of the causeway bridge. You could even see MBS! This unit is perfect for families with kids and elderly. Love the modern design of the bedrooms and bathroom. Bed was comfortable too. If I could give a piece of constructive feedback, perhaps consider mopping the floors for that squeaky clean feel and air the bathrooms—there was a slight misty odor. Other than that, this has been such an enjoyable stay for my family and we’re already planning the next visit!

I went to stay one night with family for cny. I twas a nice stay we did bbq had fun in the pool and beach. Since its monsoon the waves are strong, and dirty. But the stay very nice and clean, if got chance will repeat. The host is very friendly too. Help us as much as she can. Give us flexible time for check in and check out. Barang semua lengkap except hairdyer and tv. But thats not a problem, in fact i loved that they dont have tv and wifi, we spend quality time with family. Overalll best sangatttttt ,!!!

5/5 STARS!!!!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 2 nights ,and i must say , it was an exceptional experience! The apartment was immaculately clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was the best. Just around 1 minute walk to the beach . There is a small cafe if you need drinks or food for breakfast. The nasi lemak was awesome. We also manage to play our own fireworks near the beach .The kids love it. The apartment itself was spacious , my kids love the place . I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfortable convenient and stress free stay.

We LOVED our stay at the Nipah Chalet! It exceeded our expectations by far. Abbas and his worker Nazirul were the most friendly and welcoming persons we’ve probably met abroad. We did so many cool acitivities (snorkeling, trekking, fishing) with them. We also loved our little cozy hut right on the beachfront. We can do nothing but recommend this chalet to everyone traveling to Tioman because it’s the perfect mix of kindness, coziness, adventure and island experience. Enjoy!! :)

Clean and well equiped. Air conditioners a bit old but still functioning. A pleasant place to stay.

This little house just on the coast line is a paradise! We were almost all the time alone on the beach. It's so peaceful! Water tap in front of the house, hammock, table closer to the beach - all these makes the stay comfortable and it is clear that the space is very well planned. The electric water heater worked well.
