We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The equipment and facilities were okay and complete. There was a swimming pool for kids, which was a great addition. The location is convenient, situated in the middle, close to Mersing and Air Papan.

if you are looking to distress yourselves and relax at a private / quite environment, this is perfect. much thanks to host for the free upgrade to suite room. very spacious for a couple. feels at home. spa was good. recommended masseuses *Su* & *Ayie*. expert in joint point and hot stones. spa owner very responsive too. in room dining was ok. food taste was normal. didn't opted in for breakfast, so no comment. cleanliness wise, could be improved. resort exterior, must improve. interior furnishing, could be replaced (sofa). bed and pillows are comfortable for us. toilet amenities, just nice supply for couple. house keeping attended to us with no delays. resort receptionist, all of them that we met was friendly and helpful. overall we enjoyed the unit, view & surrounding peacefulness. thanks again dear host for hosting us.

Love the stay so much.. very worth the money, fantastic view from balcony, you can have breakfast with sunrise view from the room's balcony. The bathroom look like a 5 star hotel. The host also very helpful. I wrongly select the date and request host to change date, the host accomodate me to another unit that available. Thank u so much. The down part is, no iron provided in the room. No wifi available, our own internet connection also very weak at that area. Its good if you need good time with family with phones aside.

Host very responsible. At first home that i've booked got problem, then host quickly inform and give another home with a special upgrade which is i got more big compared to house i book. It come with nice view which is klcc and kl tower When i coming inside the house, its clean. But wifi cannot detect since we bring kids. Then the host give extra accesibility which is we got another free parking, no need to pay rm30 for second car. As we know, the management told that house is very new, so we assume that washing machine can use. We washed clothes but the bad thing the pipe is leaking. Cause that incident on 2am, so we decide to call management tmrw morning. The management was superb fast responce, less than 10 minutes the staff comes and helps us to mop the floor. They also take our clothes and helps us to wash and dry. Even got problem, but management is very good in solving problems. But still okay, we understand, that new house. So they give us late check in until 1.30pm ❤️

Overall ok..the unit is face seaview and it awesome..
