Our stay at the accommodation was satisfactory. Its convenient location near Southkey Mall was advantageous. The room was clean and comfortable, with particularly pleasing linens; however, the bed's firmness was slightly less than ideal. but overall definitely highly recommended!

Check-in was easy. Security at the lobby is helpful and very friendly. Unit is very spacious and clean, with entertainment like mahjong and TV, suitable for big families/groups. We enjoyed our stay and will book this place again next time.

Due to I comfortable with my 1st day from 23-2-25 to 24-2-25 ,I had extended one more day from 24-2-25 to 25-2-25 For my stay with my girlfriend, My unit 14-09 is very comfortable.Air con is always very cold. nice view .have 24 hours laundry shop just below the unit .a lot of food choice within R&F mall derrick and Qq always give free tooth brush with tooth paste ,free drink for their customer. this unit also have exhaust ventilation fan inside the toilet .price is worth is compare to hotel near by R&F mall. They have washing machine . but you have to purchase your own suitable washing ingredients from few types of show below . person who prefer very soft pillow can choose to stay at this unit. Nothing unhappy clause during my stay. thank you to Derrick and Qq

Sparkling clean of the house with simple and nice design! Description matched with what described. Host always responsive answering any queries and instruction provided is cleared! Suggested host to repair the second locker so that able allow guest (if 8 pax staying) to enter house conveniently as only one key available.

" Wonderful stay!" I booked the house last minute due to an issue with my original host. He was incredibly accomodating and even offered me a late checkout since I arrived very late. When he found out it was my birthday, he entended the checkout time further and kindly offered to have a birthday cake delivered, though I told him it wasn't necessary. The extended checkout hours was more than enough, and I appreciated his thoughfulness and hospitalily. My family and I had a great rest and peaceful night's sleep. The house was very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The residence's location next to Paradigm Shopping Mall was incredibly convenient, making it easy to shop and offering a wide variety of food options. We were truly spoiled for choice!

Super responsive hosts, very well maintained, place is comfortable for 5. Kitchen and bathrooms are well structured too. Dont worry about the lifts (its crowded from time to time -check in/out timings) but they are in the midst of adding another lift. You can walk down stairs to level 7 and cross the bridge over the swimming pool to the other building. (Lesser crowd for the lift)

Boon Kwang's place is clean and check in was a breeze. He is a responsive and pro active host. I would recommend his property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a convenient location

Staying at this “aircraft-theme” Airbnb was a first-of-a-kind. Host was super responsive to queries, and was always there to assist us during our stay. Lastly, the greatest experience was enjoying the seaview and lazing at the balcony. Thumbs Up!!
