Such a beautiful place to stay and close to so many parts of Austin. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Austin.

Stayed 2 months while transitioning city for a new job. It was a perfect location with lots of access. It was exactly as represented online. Highly recommend !!

We found this place to be exceptionally clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The abundance of towels and extra linens made using the pullout bed very convenient. The kitchen was a definite plus, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, and we especially appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly handy for keeping our clothes fresh. The location's walkability to the Amtrak station and Whole Foods was a major advantage. While a couple of Uber drivers had a little trouble finding the exact location, it all worked out in the end. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd highly recommend it, particularly for anyone wanting to experience the vibrant 6th Street area of Austin.

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

We were down from CT for a long 10 day trip and stayed for a week at Natalie's place. It was perfect and had everything we could have needed for a long stay. We had a rental car and everything was super close, downtown was about 15 minute drive and all the restaurants were close by as well. Parking was never an issue near the bnb at any time. We kept saying how great the location was to everything. We would definitely stay again if we ever venture down to TX again.

I was seeing shows at the Sagebrush, The Continental Club and Sam’s Town Point, and this location was ideal for not being too far away from any of them.

Keith’s place was perfect for my stay while in town for work. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen which is always a big plus for me. The couch and living room in general are soo comfy/cozy for watching movies or relaxing to read a good book. The bed is very comfy and on the more firm side. As mentioned before the upstairs neighbors are pretty heavy footed. I slept so well and noise was not an issue for me. There’s a sound machine that helped. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was walkable (food, bars, shopping).

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

We stayed in town for three nights in April of 2025. The house was in a good neighborhood. It was clean, and had plenty of space for my wife and I to stretch out. It was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and to local destinations.

Host was super responsive and helpful. Property was as described and conveniently located. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo for my family of 7. Peaceful, serene and super relaxing! We loved the beach club and the golf cart offered was enjoyed by the whole family. Such a beautiful experience and we loved how each room had its own TV. The condo was super clean, very modern and very comfortable for a big family with little kids. I DEFINITELY recommend if you’re staying in Austin.

We had a great stay! The views from this balcony can’t be beat and walking to Rainey St. was a hop, skip & jump away. It was very clean and had the amenities listed. Would stay here again and/or recommend to others :)

Very clean apartment with great views. Centrally located and walkable. Natiivo is mostly short-term leases condos building and gets a bit busy. Roof top pool was heated and amazing.

Jason’s place was beautiful! The perfect amount of space for 5 girls. The rooftop was particularly great for a sunset. And the location was great for a walk or an easy Uber to anywhere you’d like. Would stay again!

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful views!! Wanted a quiet relaxing getaway & I’m so glad we went with this listing. Very roomy, stocked kitchen with appliances, and host is very responsive. I do recommend Smiling Donuts :) definitely book if you’re thinking about it

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
