This beautiful house was a great home away from home! It's a hidden gem at the lake, perfect for vacation or a quick trip to get away or visit a loved one at Georgia College. So much thought was put into all of the little things at the house. The kids loved kayaking and I loved sitting on the dock. The owners were quick to reply and always willing to help. Such a beautiful place in a lovely quiet cove! We will be back!

Very secluded and peaceful location

This house was setup very nicely and in a great location. We enjoyed all the space in the common areas, kitchen, and entertainment room upstairs.

It is an absolutely beautiful place and my family and I really enjoyed our selves. Would recommend to anyone.

3 generations of our family spent a long weekend here and there was fun for all ages. The pictures don’t do this gorgeous house justice! The kids had a blast in the basement. The adults enjoyed the beautiful porches. The seating and beds were very comfortable- even the sofa beds were nice average with memory foam mattresses. Easy in and out of the water for grandma with sturdy steps and a handrail. The only 2 things anyone complained about were the large amount of vegetation in the access area of the water, and the ants were plentiful- but that’s the chance you take at the lake. They did provide ant spray so that was helpful! The dock had plenty of space for fishing and my nephew caught a huge 12 pound catfish. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Katie was a wonderful host and the house was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was super comfortable with a great view of the lake. We would definitely go back to stay!!

Our Florida Fam had a wonderful week together celebrating Christmas here. They decorated the house just like any other house (over & above), it was very lovely. They also offered early check-in :)This house IS THE definition of 'stocked'. We came with so many of the things that most Airbnb places don't have and it was already there...ie: hand mixer, scissors, tape, poop bags, so many extra blankets (I think my elderly uncle even found an electric blanket to use). We had our 2 fur babies with us & were pleasantly surprised to find poop bags provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks/paddleboards/firepit. With a group that large, the extra icemaker came in handy every evening @dinnertime. So many of us kept wondering what this place is like during the summer....we may have to come check it out :)) This property was very spacious inside and out. Our family had plenty of room to make some lasting memories. Thank you to Kellie who was very communicative from beginning to end!

This was a great place for a large group. Came on a spring break trip with extended family. Great time enjoying the yard, dock and catching fish in lake! Highly recommend!!

The Perfect Home Base for Our Family Wedding Weekend! What an incredible stay! We booked this lake house for a family wedding weekend, and it exceeded every expectation. Our extended family—siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins—were all able to stay together, which made the weekend even more special. The home is much larger than it appears in the listing and beautifully appointed. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the wedding venue and local markets. But what we’ll remember most are the peaceful mornings on the back porch, sipping coffee while watching the lake and listening to nature. With fishing rods, paddle boats, a fire pit, and more, there was something for everyone. It truly brought our family together in the best way. We were so impressed and incredibly grateful to have such a welcoming space for the weekend. We’re already talking about coming back—and next time, we hope to stay longer. This house will be the first place we look for!

We had a great time at the lake house. Everything was perfect for our family. We didn’t realize there was a downstairs pool table/game room until our last night. But both grown-ups and kids had a blast. Thank you Robert for sharing you’re home with us.

Perfect location, the house is beautiful and the lake allows for a good time kayaking. The house itself was spacious, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Definitely will be coming back and recommend for anyone looking for a memorable retreat.

We stayed for a few days while we were visiting our son in college. Gorgeous spot on the lake! Private lot and peaceful. We rented a boat for the day which we enjoyed.

We came down for a girls trip for a friends birthday and it was wonderful. The house was exactly how it looked in the photos. Alex was very responsive when I needed to ask questions and a very good host overall. We had an amazing time and would love to stay again sometime.

Had a great stay in Sparta! Brandon’s place was perfect for our needs as my in-laws live up the road and we just needed some space for our family for downtime. The house was accurately described and stocked with necessities. The view of the water was great and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck, the dock and my husband loved the hammock. Our 2 year old had a blast exploring the property. We asked if Brandon had a pak-n-play and were blown away that they were so kind to buy one for us and future guests to use, it made our travel so much easier! Great stay and I’m sure we will be back :)

We had a great time on spring break! This was the perfect place to relax and reset. The lake is gorgeous! We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, roasting marshmallows, and chilling in the house. Everything was amazing! Thank you.

The house is so cool it has lots of character beautiful property right on the lake. I love all the toys you can play with like canoes, paddle boat and paddle boards. We had so much fun!!

A tropical storm prevented us from being able to stay at Christopher’s lake cabin, but he was the kindest and most understanding host we’ve ever experienced. He was able to assist with our cancellation and encouraged us to book another stay in the future. We look forward to booking again!

Loved Landon’s chalet. Was everything he portrayed it to be and more. Definitely would return w/o the kiddos lol.

My daughters and I had a fantastic stay at the lake house!! Check-in was easy and the lake is beautiful and serene. We rented ski doos and had an awesome time on the lake. The house is not too far from Covington if you are a Vampire Diaries fan so we also went there. Craig is easy to contact and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable little cabin- very picturesque from the moment we arrived! Great property with large lawn area for kids to run around. We brought our own little solo stove to make a campfire at night. Discovered the town of Jackson where they are set to start filming season 5 stranger things- def a must see! A few things to note: WiFi wasn’t working for our phones nor tv in bedroom. Main tv worked so we got movies to watch. It was hard to search hikes and places to go without internet. Bring your own paper towels and soap for shower (I may have missed this in description but expected it for price). Other than that it was a great weekend all around😊

Beautiful location and beautiful home. I had a blast at this lake house. It was definitely worth the trip from Central FL. It gave us the perfect escape from the City life.
