Great stay I enjoyed my weekend at this home. Accommodating and spacious!

I booked a stay at this home last minute for a work weekend. I wanted a nice cozy place for my kids to stay during the day with the sitter while I worked, and we all loved it!

We are very thankful to have stayed at Doug's place. We found the place with ease, it was clean and very spacious. The place had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The yard was beautiful and very peaceful. It felt quiet and private! We had our children with us and Doug never complained of the kids being too loud, in fact he said he loved hearing their playful voices. Doug and his wife were very accommodating and always very quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend it if you are staying in Macon.

This sweet 1940's home features some of my favorite things: the most comfortable hard mattress with full size body pillows, soft yummy-smelling sheets, tons of cozy blankets + coffee options to wake up to in the morning! Since this property was just renovated & is a new listing, everything is fresh and clean. Yay! I was excited to test out the new appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The hardwood floors are gorgeous. Light comes in the house from all directions b/c of so many windows. I loved that I could run the neighborhood in the morning and walk to Society Garden to meet friends at night. It was such a treat to do my laundry, while on vacation w/ their brand new washer/dryer. April is incredibly generous and responsive and obviously wants her guests to be comfortable. I highly recommend Blue Sky Bungalow!

This place is in a great location, close to downtown and Ingleside Village. I walked my dog's multiple times of day and was always greeted by the neighbors. Never felt unsafe and I am a security freak. House is better than the pictures. Beds were super comfy. There are steps to the porch if that is an issue, you can go in the back door which is ground level. This is a complete remodel of an older home. Everything works and the water pressure is impressive! We did not cook, the kitchen appeared equipped to do that. The fridge has a smallish freezer so plan a cooler if you are going to tailgate. Katie was great and very helpful. We had a very minor issue, and it was taken care of quickly with kindness. It was a flawless stay!

This stay is exactly as described. It is functional, clean and quiet. My daughter, dog, and I had a great month in Macon. It is perfectly located next to downtown, and so many parks. I also believe it is more reasonably priced than similar stays in the area; especially since it offers a fence in the back for pets, and no additional pet fees.

Quaint space but it was very nice and clean. Fully stocked with any essentials needed. Host was nice and responsive!

The attention to detail in this house is amazing! We felt like we were home. We loved the screened in area and the fenced in yard was great for our two chihuahua’s. The house is so spacious. We loved it so much that we extended our stay! We will be back for sure!

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

My husband stayed for the week while working out of town. Laurie and her husband were very welcoming. She is very responsive to calls and messages. There is a beautiful pool out back and its on a lake. My husband would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely house, well maintained with all the amenities you could need. Gabriel is an excellent host and highly responsive. We had a perfect short stay at the lake with our friends, kids and pups.

This place is amazing! The views on Lake Sinclair go on for miles, and it is so peaceful, even on the weekends. There are so many choices on where to view the lake: upper dock, lower dock, hammocks, Adirondack chairs, fire pit. And that’s just the outside! The inside has windows that mesmerize you with the views. The furnishings were very comfy and we had everything we needed. The only issue is that the home is at least 25 minutes away from anything - gas, groceries, restaurants - but Kimberly clearly lets you know about it so it wasn’t a surprise. I would definitely come back here!

The place was great for me and my family when we were in town for a funeral. Tatiana was extremely accommodating and great to work with. We will stay here in the future.

Great location convenient to Reynolds area golf courses and restaurants. The space in the home very nice. We had a party of four and had lots of room. Especially enjoyed the fireplaces and outdoor decks overlooking the lake.

Easy communication and great stay!

The perfect place for us to stay for event we were attending on property. We were able to stay there as a family and bring our dog. It was very relaxing to be there. I could have sat and stared at the golf course and lake all day. The sunrise was stunning over the lake. The house had everything we could ask for.

Good space to be at. There was a random cat walked up on us when me and my friends got there and named rocket stayed and hanged out with us the whole time but very good communication!

The pros- Very secluded Beautiful and romantic setting Hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. Great accommodations for remote work. Easy and convenient to Macon. Very spacious. Good host communication and helpful info. Cons- We had a bit of trouble locating it getting there after dark. Helpful note from host about GPS giving incorrect directions but did not realize how far down the lane it was and was a bit confusing in the dark. The place could definitely use a good clean. Nothing atrocious but the kitchen needed a deep clean, linens smelled funny and there was clearly still work being done (light switches without a cover, etc). Overall still highly recommend and would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The home was more beautiful than the photos and had everything we needed to get us started. The block was quiet and serene. Although we didn’t have any issues during our stay, the host was very polite and responsive. We felt safe; it’s a gas station conveniently at the corner and a short drive to anything in the area. It was our home away from home and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us during our time of mourning.

Such a cute little cabin conveniently located in Macon, but felt like you were in your own private woods. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at the lodge multiple times and always appreciate the hosts for their communication and for providing a wonderful place to stay for our family! We are always very comfortable!

Katie was a wonderful host and the house was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was super comfortable with a great view of the lake. We would definitely go back to stay!!

Great house. Felt right at hime. Super clean and peaceful. Host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend and we’ll be staying here again soon!
