We were extremely pleased with the home! Kitchen checked all the boxes, clean and family friendly, peaceful neighborhood and even a fire pit.

This was our second stay at this listing. We have family in the area and visit often. Trever's home is perfect for our needs and has become our favorite place to saty in Jacksonville. The unit is clean, orderly, comfortable, and in a great location. The area is quiet and as 2 women traveling alone this time, we felt very safe and secure here. The unit is stocked extremely well with many amenities and extras. Its in walking distance of a grocery store and several fast food options. The neighbors are quiet and we had no issues at all. Trever is very responsive and always kind, which is a plus. And I have to say we slept so good. The mattresses are amazing! We look forward to staying again.

Elizabeth was the hostess with the mostest! What a darling cottage in the historic Ghent district. Someone else mentioned in an earlier review that it was like staying at a relative’s home - and I couldn’t agree more. It was very “homey” and cozy. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want during your stay. Elizabeth is a wealth of knowledge on the New Bern area - and full of information and recommendations on local restaurants and things to do…which definitely proved advantageous for us. I can’t say enough on how impressed we were, and look forward to coming back and staying here in the future.

Great place to stay ... exactly what we looked for... house had everything we needed. Very clean and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay in Emily's bungalow. It was very spacious and well-furnished. Everything was as described and there were many thoughtful touches. The washer/dryer was so helpful to get ahead of laundry after our trip. Emily was communicative, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay with your family. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, need a little upgrade on guest bathroom shower and pillows maybe, nothing major. Would reserve again when we return to visit family and friends in NC. Thank you Ms. Sherry

Good stay. Nice place and easy to get into. All the essentials and he’s a good host. The line of communication was always open and he kept us in the loop pertaining the home during our stay.

This is your spot if you want to relax, sleep in, or unwind. A screened-in porch for reading or dining is on the first floor, or you can layout on the private deck on the second floor. There is enough room to visit with family. You can eat in, grill out, or drive less than 15 minutes to various eateries. Walk in town, jet ski, or visit islands with wild horses. The host is friendly, the neighborhood is quiet, and the view is spectacular! This was our second visit to this home, and we plan to return, depending on where our daughter is stationed.

We had a wonderful stay. The facilities were exactly as shown and described in the listing. Daniela's instructions were clear and she was very responsive. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, central to all the different towns around the area. Spacious and comfortable, easy access to highways and the bonus was the Mum Festival in New Bern. Great area and great people!!!

We wish we’d had more time to spend on site, but we were in the area for our son’s engagement, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the many things to see and do there. The tent was adorable and clean. It was great having our own private bathroom “attached” to the side. The landscaping right in front of the tent made it so welcoming and homey, the Adirondack chairs were a perfect place to sit and enjoy our coffee each morning (there was also a fire pit with wood available to use, which we would have loved if we’d had time in the evening - there were even s’mores supplies in the tent!), and the decor in the tent was perfect. It was truly a great experience, and our family really enjoyed it! The host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

An awesome experience, pics don't do justice. a great place to get away from the real world and just relax, the tiny house has everything you could ask for and absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub. Great hosts, wouldn't hesitate to return!

We enjoyed our stay. We were two adults and 3 kids and everyone found a place to sleep. We used both kitchens and enjoyed a great campfire. It was great that marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate were waiting for us in the house. We'll consider this one again next time we travel to Richlands!

Drew thank you, house was just as advertised and it was very clean. I frequently visit new Bern but now with our growing family I needed a place to stay. So happy I found this place since it’s right down the road from my sister. Place was clean, quiet and had all the amenities and accessories I could want. Great coffee machine, clean hot tub and a peaceful place to sleep. TVs in every room were a huge plus too
