We had a wonderful stay at Abi’s house. The location is fantastic with excellent places to eat and drink nearby. An off-leash doggo park just a short walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhoods, even the cool breeze in those hot summer days all make this place so awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends and family.

Great stay ! Accomodation was amazing. Highly recommend ! Host was very responsive. Oils, salts provided which is always a great touch. Kitchen is great, nice big back yards. Parking available. We'll be back !

We have just returned from Australia, having spent two months there. Anneliese's house was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a very quiet neighbourhood. When we had an issue with the stove top, Anneliese ensured that someone came to fix it the next day. The house is also very spacious and, although we were just a couple, there was plenty of space for a family. What we particularly appreciated was the homely feel of whole place. We really could not have asked for more and would recommend it anyone visiting this lovely area.

Such a great little place in the most beautiful location! Emma was easy to deal with and the place was lovely and clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The doggy park at the door step is a bonus as is all the cafes and beach within walking distance! Definitely recommend!

Overall, the room was very clean and nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable.The sofas are very comfortable, the bed mattresses are great, and the inner garden is lovely. Most impressive was the water server attached to the refrigerator. As other reviewers have mentioned, the wine and snacks were a nice touch.She even provided us with a case of beer! When we ran into trouble, our host was kind enough to respond immediately, which was very helpful and appreciated.

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Well equip kitchen, aircon, firm but comfy bed, king size is a bonus. Great yard for the dog and my daughter loved the trampoline! We would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry’s place! The layout of the house was excellent, and the surrounding scenery was super beautiful. Communicating with Harry was a pleasure—he was always responsive and friendly. 😀 Everything in the room was perfect! ! At night, we could enjoy Perth’s stunning starry sky from the little outdoor space. An amazing stay—highly recommended!✌️

We loved our stay in Heather’s tiny home. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. There are little touches throughout the accommodation that make it feel like home and heather even delivered breakfast for us each morning, which was a lovely surprise. Check in was super easy and all instructions were very clear. We would definitely visit again!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because then people will know about this place. Honestly, the stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The location is huge bonus as it’s so close to everything. The outdoor area was our favourite and was a great spot for gathering each night. The pool was a massive plus. Can’t go wrong with the accomodation. Was perfect for my family that came over from the UK and Calvin was so easy to communicate with, taking my booking well in advance and helping to ease my worry of where they would stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Maureen was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Our children absolutely loved the pool. We will definitely be back.

The Carriage is a wonderful and rare find. It has been beautifully restored with an attention to detail which gives the atmosphere of being on an old world train tour like the Orient Express. Comfortable and quiet, it was the perfect getaway in the Perth Hills. The location is very convenient for exploring nearby hidden valleys, forests, biking trails, hiking trails, and numerous excellent coffee shops and restaurants. Close enough to Perth CBD to be accessible, but far enough away to profit from the countryside. Robert and his wife were very nice and welcoming. A fantastic experience, and a definite redo in the future.

In short, the place is just as amazing as it was on the first occasion and Emma is very helpful as always. Cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation. I intend to stay here on any return trips to Perth!

Outstanding!! Sylvia was the most friendly, helpful and accommodating host that went beyond just providing somewhere to stay. Made me and the 2 dogs feel completely at home and welcome. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Loved staying at this gorgeous home hosted by Natalie and Jake. Excellent location, really good communication from hosts. A lot bigger than it looked in pictures. Was actually really spacious. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay especially as we had we had two small dogs. Was great walking to piccolo’s. Perfectly clean and great amenities.

Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

If you need to be near to Joondalup and need a private and comfortable location this is a good choice for a couple. It's a classic purpose-built granny flat set up for AirBnB purposes and it's very comfortable. One air-conditioning head unit services the living and bedroom area. Keep the bedroom door open and all is perfect in hot weather. We needed a 4 day stay to attend a family celebration nearby and this property worked very well for us. It's private and parking out front is convenient. There are a few steps to consider to get up to the front gate.
