Grant was always proactive in his responses to us and we really liked the location of the house with the beautiful golf course by us. We would love to return here again.

It was a wonderful place. The host was wonderful and even let us check in early which was super helpful!

We have stayed in a LOT of Airbnbs before and this one took the cake, by far. The house had EVERYTHING you could think of. It was fully stocked - and not just with average items - but higher end items. The linens felt like a fancy hotel. The bathrooms were stocked with amenities. The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly need -- the knives were sharp, there were plenty of nice pans & pots, etc etc. It felt like someone lived there full time and was just letting us borrow it for a few days. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. The first couple of days of our stay were rainy - but we were perfectly content relaxing inside. The fooseball table and provided games were loved by all --- the views are spectacular. My daughter even saw an otter at the bottom of the yard in the water. This was just the perfect place for a girl's weekend to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Lacy’s house was clean, and spacious. We had a great time cooking in the kitchen and enjoyed hanging out on the deck. There was a tv in all of the common spaces so we could watch March Madness anywhere we were. This is a great place to stay if you are in the Sanford area. It is remote enough to enjoy some peace and quiet but is only a couple of miles from downtown restaurants.

Gorgeous setting, very relaxing. House is down a gravel drive but only a couple of minutes from the main road and there are other homes nearby. Home is very comfortable- very nice beds. Kitchen is fully stocked. Multiple TV options. Kayaks, hammock, grill all very accessible. Would def stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful spot on the lake. For this price point, sometimes the locations can be a bit more "rustic" than fits our taste. This was just right on, very nice, not luxurious, but no weird smells, perfectly clean, comfy bed. Service was excellent. 15 min from VIR.

Ting's home was everything my family needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for a big family. Everyone was confortable and felt at home. There is something for everyone, it's truly a beautiful home with great energy. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

This was a perfect place for our 3 person family to stay while visiting Chapel Hill. We loved being outside the city proper and close to nature. This is a gem of a property for those who like a quiet and tranquil place to come home to or hang out. The porch, outdoor patio and walking trails really enhanced our stay. Thank you for creating and maintaining such a special place.

Our stay at Kristen's Lakefront Paradise was exceptional. Every aspect of our trip exceeded our expectations - making the reservation, communication with Kristen, super easy to check-in, immaculately clean, and so many touches to make the cabin perfect and cozy! The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway. Kristen suggested restaurants and other things to do in close proximity that we enjoyed. There were so many extras that made everyone in the family happy. We loved the view, deck (comfortable furniture), outdoor area, and games. No need to be concerned with toiletries and many other "extras". We absolutely plan to stay here again!

We use this for our pastors annual retreat and it provided plenty of room for them to gather and also spaces for them to find solitude when necessary and also provide a great community space outside which they really enjoyed

Can’t say enough good things about this place or the hosts! Such a unique and beautiful home! The property is equally as beautiful. We loved staying here. The pool table and ping pong was great to unwind at night. Not only that but Christina went above and beyond during our stay; we had to change our stay dates and extend our stay. She was super responsive and kind. Would love to stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Our one-night stay at this Airbnb in Raleigh was fantastic! The house was spacious, tidy, and very accommodating — perfect for a quick getaway. The bedrooms were especially roomy, offering plenty of comfort for everyone. A highlight of our stay was being able to host a private chef event for up to 10 people, which made the experience even more special. Although the fire pit was out of propane, we still thoroughly enjoyed using the space and making the most of our time there. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would happily book again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This was an absolute beautiful place. Everything was exactly exactly like the description super clean. Everything you needed was right there highly recommend if you’re in the area to look at this property. I definitely will be staying here again next time I’m down this way. It’s perfect. You’re far enough away from the city but yet close enough to everything you need.

📞 Communication, communication, communication! This host was on top of it! We had some technical issues during our stay and the host handled it extremely professionally. I was impressed. The host also issued a partial refund for the inconvenience💰. Outside of those isolated issues My family had a blast🤪! I’ve booked quite a few Airbnb’s 🏡 and this one is unmatched with all the amenities they have to offer. And for the price it was definitely worth it. Considering making it a family tradition every spring until I can afford my own 🤣. Awesome place! If you can’t book it, it’s probably because I took it! 😎

I am very grateful for the experience of staying here. We had a family emergency and staying here for 2 weeks before moving one of us to an apartment greatly reduced the stress of what was going on. The place was beautiful and spacious, had great grounds to explore, and was clean and welcoming. Bryan was responsive, friendly and generous with his time and resources. I also got some great ideas of what I would like to do with some land I plan to purchase. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Thank you for a wonderful and last minute booking when our previous Airbnb cancelled the day before our wedding. This was the perfect place to stay with my bridesmaids and get ready the morning of our special day! I am so appreciative of everything you did! This is an amazing home. My son kept saying that it was bigger than it looked in the photos!! That usually doesn't happen with Airbnbs. Peaceful and beautiful setting. We loved hanging out, playing pool and fishing!! My favorite feature was the fence lighting!! It was absolutely incredibly beautiful. We will definitely be back!!
