This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Another great stay at one of Samara’s properties! Very clean, clear instructions, proactive communication, and a lovely space are what we experienced. It was just as described (she has great taste, by the way) and very comfortable with nice linens, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies. She even has a whole range of toiletries available if you forget something! Definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

The apartment was lovely. Spectacular location to the beautiful town of Cary. We were there one month, so I utilized the kitchen. I feel the apartment should have a king bed. We would stay again…maybe a few added things would happen. It’s a lovely apartment.

Enjoyed my stay at Hailey's place. Easy check in. Friendly, communicative, and helpful host. Very comfortable bed. Soft towels, exceptionally clean, with a modern decor and little extras to make it very homey. Would definitely stay here again!

House just as pictured. Small kitchen is well-equipped for simple cooking. Comfortable beds. Hosts were prompt to reply to questions. Lovely neighborhood for walking, jogging, biking. Walk to restaurants, Arboretum, UNCG, well-stocked small grocery store. Downtown restaurants a short drive. Streets are quiet and safe at night. It didn't bother us, but if the upstairs unit is rented you will hear some footsteps.

We came to Raleigh specifically to see an artist at the Lincoln Theater, so we wanted something walkable and we lucked out with this gem! Transfer Co. Food Hall made it easy to grab something quick and it was next to the Raleigh location of Burial Brewing. The theater and the "main drag" were a few blocks in the other direction. Also while there is ample street parking, the dedicated parking space is a lovely security blanket for those who aren't fond of parallel parking. Inside the decor was fresh and modern. I wish I'd brought my laptop to do a little work in the office/dining space just to say I did. I personally loved all the little artwork touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there's a white noise machine in the bedroom so you don't hear traffic sounds. The bedroom closets had hangers and hooks and one had a small dresser in it, so storage is covered. We are thinking about making this a yearly trip because this space was such a great home base!

Great place to stay and great, responsive host. It felt like she thought of everything! I loved the notebook of info she made for the home (it had WiFi password, food suggestions, how to get in touch, etc.). I was staying far from home so the extra kcups, sugar, and laundry detergent were very helpful! She even had spare batteries, a flashlight, and a first aid kit in the kitchen. 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

This is a great place to stay near Erwin and Dunn the house was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. Definitely will be back here sometime in the future

Perfect blend of nature and convenience! This home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, nestled in a peaceful subdivision yet close to plenty of amenities. The host is incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Victor's place was just what I needed for my stay. Easy access to the highway. Close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to get there, yet far enough away I could enjoy the peace and quiet (and watch the stars). The beds were comfortable, and loved that there were extra linens and pillows!. The jetted tub in the master suite was amazing!! The place had all the basic needs for a trip away. Will definitely choose this place again if it's available when I return to town!

This area was really cute. The house was very well equipped, lots of additional items that made the stay pleasurable. The house and amenities appear fairly new and in great shape.

Lilia was an amazing host. We've stayed in 4 or 5 condos in Pinehurst and Lilia's was by far the most spacious and homey of all. It's a 2 story with 2 bedrooms upstairs, which we've never seen before and really appreciated. Most Pinehurst condos are on a single floor, so someone else is either staying above or below you, and any upstairs-only condo requires lugging sets of golf clubs up and down the stairs daily, which can be a hassle and annoying to neighbors. Lilia's condo has 2 assigned parking spots in front so you can drive up and move clubs, luggage, groceries, etc. inside easily. My 76 year old mother stayed with us. Walking up the stairs not a problem for her. The kitchen is huge for a Phurst condo. Living area was nice and comfortable. The patio is sail shade covered, turf floored, private and quiet. I snuck in a couple of glorious naps out there. The condo residents are a mixture of owners who live year round. as well as other AirBnb's. We never noticed neighbors while indoor

Such a cozy little spot and awesome, accommodating hosts that are swift in responding. The furniture was SO comfortable and don’t get me started on all the pillows, I was in heaven. Will definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredibly clean, super quiet, and very comfortable condo. Everything was exactly as listed, including the wonderful shower! Thoughtful amenities were included that we appreciated.

My stay here was amazing! The space is so comfortable, so clean, and has everything you need. The area is beautiful with many things to do without traveling far. Very peaceful and quiet.

We were in the area for a funeral, so not a fun trip, but having such a beautiful and well-appointed home to stay in helped us get through a very tough week. We were very close to the rest of our family, with a great view over the golfcourse, and the condo was just an oasis of calm for us at the end of very trying days. We could do laundry, have a soak in the tub, watch a movie, or prepare some food in a very well equipped kitchen. LeAnn was a very kind and responsive host, and we had no issues during our stay at all.

This was a great condo. The location is close to Village District with lots of restaurants/shops. The neighborhood felt safe. The condo had a great setup, with nice features like plentiful hangers, hooks, kleenex, sound machine, charging cubes. The bed was comfortable and the Welcome Book was clear (and we appreciate a paper book, in addition to online). Audra was a great communicator and host!
