We have styed ay Ian's place multiple times. It's definitely our favorite in the area. I an is a great communicator and easy to work with. The house is always in pristine condition and has everything you might need.

Such a cozy inviting perfect little cottage for two couples and one mini. The house is spotless, fully equipped, private and perfectly comfortable. Samantha is incredibly accommodating and kind. Only a quick jaunt to Grants Pass and short trips to beautiful outdoor adventuring. Would definitely return!

Just what we needed! The location was perfect - close enough to the high school for our event, and easy access to the interstate and downtown. Gloria was also very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the second time staying at Daniel's place. Great location and very peaceful. Lots of stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and everything well stocked that you would need for your stay. Would highly recommend Daniel's place when staying in Grants Pass.

The home is tucked back away from the street and was the perfect private, romantic getaway. The decor is lovely. The only drawback was that the hot tub had a dirty, gritty film on the bottom. The host was very prompt in returning my communication regarding this issue. Cleaning it would have meant draining the tub and waiting 2 days to use it again. We were still able to enjoy the serenity of the backyard though and our stay was amazing.

We were really happy staying here and will definitely see if it’s available next time we’re in the area. A cousin was having a baby shower so lots of family was coming into town. I needed a place for myself, kiddo, parents, and siblings and this fit all of us very comfortably. Having the large kitchen, dining area, and yard was a huge plus. Some of our other cousins were able to come over for breakfast and my son and nephew burned a lot of energy off running back and forth across the large lawn. I still don’t really know the area well even after being there all weekend, but it seemed like everything else we met up with relatives for was no more than 10 minutes from the house, so that was nice but I have no sense of direction, so it could be centrally located to everything of we just got lucky. The place is very tidy and cozy and great for a weekend getaway.

What a lovely remodel of an old store! The space was clean and spacious after a long drive. The venue in back of the Airbnb on the river was so beautiful! The hosts are doing a great job - would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place to hideaway for the night . It was peaceful and cozy. The host responded immediately and was so helpful.

We stayed at Kirk’s place for Christmas and it was just perfect! The studio was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Fireplace was on for us and we were able to enjoy the amazing hot tub that night. We had a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two beds were beautiful and so comfy! Not your typical hotel style beds but instead soft and luxurious with thick comfy comforter. Shower had a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is also very quiet and the river access was just lovely. Very kind hosts and super accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The overall stay was comfortable and private. While a few issues arose, it was still a pleasant experience.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and recently updated with nice appliances and washer and dryer. The host runs a tight ship, was responsive, and helped me retrieve a left behind item. The bedroom shares a wall with the apartment next door. The neighbors were quiet and went to bed at a reasonable hour. We enjoyed our stay and our interactions with the host.

This is a great spot. Joy was fantastic! Very accommodating even with me being stuck cause of car issues. I mentioned something about the neighbors dog. She immediately took care of it. The guy next door was super nice also even apologized when he saw me doing laundry. The place is a bit smaller than I expected but efficient and very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people! Really nice neighborhood. Very safe feeling and quiet with a cute park across the street. It was a little more then I like to pay but I also booked at like 9pm for that night and she was very kind and easy to work with so id say it’s worth it

This is my second time staying at Keeli’s place and it was as clean and cozy as the first time. On a quiet street but very close to the heart of grant’s pass.

Great place to stay near the Oregon Caves. It was a nice stopping point between visiting Redwoods national park and heading to the caves. Listing was great and as expected. The bathroom is interesting in the middle of the living room but as shown in the pictures. Not a big deal for our group. Overall all the beds were very comfortable and fit our needs.
