Wonderful family- sized home, convenient to amenities and a park nearby. Super clean and well stocked, comfy beds, and washer and dryer right in the house! Our host was easy to communicate with and very prompt answering our questions. Will book again next time family comes to visit! A good experience all around.

Just what we needed! The location was perfect - close enough to the high school for our event, and easy access to the interstate and downtown. Gloria was also very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very relaxing stay at Heron House! The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bedrooms/bathrooms have nice amenities. The ground are rustic but beautiful! There is a wonderful covered porch and a pond below where a pair of geese seemed to be nesting—just lovely! We were here at the end March, so a little chilly and rainy, but I loved walking out into the deck to feel the fresh, cool air and watch the geese. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing little home away from home! We felt so cozy and it was such a great place to escape the rain. The beds were comfortable, the home was beautifully furnished, close to everything you would need or want to do, and just all around wonderful! Will definitely be staying again when we’re back in town!

We had a great weekend! The house is beautiful, and cozy, and nestled in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Very close to some good restaurants and stores. The host was very helpful and responsive, and even provided a list of activities to do in town. 5/5, will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Lisa's home for a night on our drive from California to Washington! Cozy space, well stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for our overnight stop. We would love to stay again!

Darline’s house is beautiful! We came for fishing but our fishing trip was canceled so we just ended up hanging out around Grants Pass and at this wonderful house. It is well stocked and Darline has thought of everything. There’s extra towels, even sanitized swim wear incase you forgot some for the hot tub or the pool! We were so pleased with our stay!

Kirk and I communicated a number of times for clarifications as needed. We hosted a large family Thanksgiving dinner and wanted to make sure we had all that we needed. It was spectacular. We had our two young grandkids and the box of kids toys and outdoor toys was wonderful. The gazebo with Fireplace and the gas firepit on the deck were wonderful places to gather during the late Fall coolness. The home was spectacular for our 8 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. . . Could not have asked for a better stay.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing description well. The host was communicative and made check-in and check-out smooth. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided everything I needed. It was a great experience, and I would stay here again!

The house was spacious and welcoming, with an amazing view of the Rogue River. It had plenty of space, both inside and outside, for larger groups to enjoy each other's company and still have some personal space. Check-in was easy and Evolve responded quickly with any questions. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, and fun little putting green. The downtown was not very large but had great food options and a few cute shops.

This place was perfect for what I was looking for! So cute and styled with vintage items throughout. Pool was not yet ready which was ok considering I went there to fish. Caught a couple good sized trout right from the bank a short walk down the hill. Teresa was very quick to answer any questions, brought us extra blankets and was overall a great host! Very comfortable vintage style beds and parts of the kitchen. However the stove and fridge were newer and bathroom has a heated bidet toilet ( that can be used like a normal one) and a large walk-in shower with duel shower heads, one being a rain shower. If your looking for somewhere to sleep in a dark space, this is not it. Sky lights filled the room with light and told me when it was time to go fishing! Made a wonderful end to a long trip. Thanks again!

Dezerae’s place was more than we could hope for. Everything about it was great. We eloped and Dezerae was our photographer.(She was absolutely wonderful to work with) I cannot rave enough about the cottage and the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Daniel’s house was perfect as a home base for our biking vacation to Grants Pass. The house is exactly as pictured, and has a spacious kitchen and comfortable living room to hang out in. We were able to bike from the house to Applegate Valley wineries, and it was also an easy walk to downtown restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog and bike storage. We also enjoyed the gas firepit in the evening. We would absolutely stay at Daniel’s place again.

It was a great experience and had such a beautiful property with access to the river. The property was clean and Klay was very responsive. when we walked in they had a treat and toy present for our dog!

We had an excellent stay! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The space was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The entire place had a welcoming vibe! The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Jennifer's place was so cozy and comfortable. Great selection of cookware and utensils in the kitchen. Loved how easy it was for our little, short legged, fur baby to get in and out of the yard. It was located in a very central part of town too which made getting around a cinch. She had wonderful little goodies and wine for us to enjoy too and after our long drive, a glass of wine was a much needed treat. Thank you Jennifer!

Janie'sand Zane's Grandview Suite was a perfect landing pad for a very busy weekend full of family activities. It was more than perfect for my adult children, granddaughter, and me. The kitchen was awesome - everything worked and everything was clean. There's a washer and dryer so you can do a load of laundry if you need to (with a toddler, we needed to!). The beds were perfectly comfortable, and the towels were perfectly fluffy. Did I mention that the place was SPOTLESS? And to top it all, it was quiet and private. I normally stay at my sister's house when I come to town, but we needed more space this time with everybody there. I will definitely stay at Janie's place again if my whole crew (me+4 😉) is in town.

We brought along our dog for this vacation. Peggy messaged us before checking in and offered some extra “dog towels” for drying him off and muddy paws which was appreciated since it’s still rainy season. It’s well lit for leaving early or arriving late. Very close to I-5, but we couldn’t hear the freeway inside at all. We also appreciated the grill and outdoor accommodations for relaxing and enjoying the forest and wildlife.

Peaceful, private property, far enough away from town for peace and quiet but just a short drive into town. Plenty of space for pup to run
