Location super close to downtown. House layout wonderful. Super soft blankets! Bedrooms and loft stay nice and toasty but rest of house is cold. Lots of fun games to stay entertained! Very organized. Super clean. Love the black makeup towels. Need an emergency first aid kid on premises in case of a minor incident. Wonderful home !

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us. Location was great, close to town but still felt out in the middle of nowhere. 100% recommend.

What an adorable little cottage! Squeaky clean and it even has a bidet! Teresa was great and very friendly. Highly recommended!

The Lone Mountain Resort was easy to find as well as “the Lodge” which was right in the middle of the park as described. The first night there I was eager to use the bbq. The grills were nicely kept as well as the outdoor area. The inside of the lodge was just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary gadgets as well as nice place settings and glassware that wasn’t an assortment of someone’s old dishes and glasses from the back of their cupboard. Overall the place was very comfortable and peaceful and I felt right at home.

I loved this home. Comfy, cozy, perfect size for two. Beautiful counter tops, and comfy furniture. I loved the location, close to Safeway and a yummy bakery called heavenly sweets. Super close to downtown. The backward was nice because it was gated and you could park inside. Beautiful table with vine plants climbing over the arbor, which was pretty to look at; I imagine the flowers will be pretty when they bloom in a few weeks. The bed and pillows were so fricken comfy!!! Will definitely stay again.

Justin’s property served very well as a central location for our pseudo family reunion with people coming from Oregon and Northern California. Plenty of parking and fenced in yard for dogs to enjoy outdoors. Interior space is nice and open for accommodating folks in kitchen cooking, at dining room table, and living room while bedrooms are roomy and private with comfortable beds. Plus the foosball table provided us with epic matches inside while it was rainy and wet outside! Will keep in mind for future gatherings as it is good launching point for exploring Grants Pass, hiking along wild and scenic Rogue River, and Seven Feathers Casino for added entertainment and fun. The place was amazing. We absolutely enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely come back and stay here, highly recommend. Better than the pictures!

This is our 5th time here. That alone should tell you something. Always very kind hosts. This is the perfect place when you want to just get away but not be an hour from town. The view is great, the price value is fantastic, the hot tub right off the bedroom is perfect. This is where someone might go to finish writing their book or finish reading a novel. We always think we're going to need to find things to do or watch tv, but the tv went on for 2 min. It's just so peaceful the tv distracts from it.

This place was totally the right place to stay! Cyndi was so nice I loved getting to meet her and her two boy kitty’s. The view from the back is amazing over the river and the shower is big and comfortable! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed in in years!
