we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

Jessica was very accommodating, nice and polite. Quick responses were perfect for no hassle communication. Off street parking was a plus +. We will definitely be returning in a few weeks thanks so much for having us .😊

Laura was communicative and responsive before, during, and after our stay. She proactively reached out, via text, before we checked-in to welcome us and to provide additional information to ensure we were comfortable. The place was exactly as described, and the extra’s were a nice touch - snacks, sugar packets, salt/pepper, fans, humidifier, extra blankets, washer/dryer, etc. During our stay, I had to reach out to Laura around 9pm on a Friday night, and she immediately responded. The neighborhood was cute, had a lot of places close by to shop or eat, and we felt safe. The morning of our check-out, Laura touched base via text volunteering a later check-out, if needed. Although, we didn’t need it, the offer was appreciated. We were in NJ for a Regional gymnastics competition and extended our stay to visit NYC. If I return to the area or want to visit NYC, I will stay here again. Thank you for everything, Laura.

Asiye was kind and very responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early, and on the day of our check-out, she also let us store our luggage. The amenities were more than sufficient.

it was such an amazing location and incredibly welcoming home. it was well stocked and extremely comfortable. It has a small town feel but was minutes away from conveniences like Walmart. It even had a full air mattress which we did not expect but was incredibly helpful! so grateful to have found this place and would use it again in a heartbeat!

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

Notre séjour s'est très très bien passé, nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Magasins aux alentours pour la nourriture et les boissons, 15' pour rejoindre le PATH, vraiment très pratique pour faire un break de la ville après de longues journées de marche. Si c'était à refaire, je reviendrais sans hésiter.

The place is awesome. I dont think we could have found a better place and a better host for our group of 12 at a better price. The place is well connected to wherever you want to go. The host is a gem with him going an extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

Our home away from home when visiting West Orange. Beautiful surroundings, always clean, comfortable and well supplied. Look forward to our return!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AVE. My two grandchildren had a great time as well. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds my expectations. Really. I will definitely be returning to AVE. And I will also recommend AVE Clifton to my friends and family.

Martín se portó increíble, siempre atento a cualquier detalle, nos dió instrucciones muy claras, lo recomendo 100 %. La pasarán increíble.

Convenient way to stay with my family of 6 and 3 small dogs. Very clean and modern. I saved a lot of money for a 3 day vacation which looks better than a hotel.

Comfortable, clean, peaceful home located in a young professional community that has local amenities with nearby access (walking distance) to transportation into NYC.

Brian was very helpful and attentive! The place was excellent. If you have a car he has an available space for parking. All shops are near by!

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay. Nice & cozy. Just as described. In such a great neighborhood, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Great if you have kids traveling with you like we did, since there’s a park walking distance. Easy to find parking the earlier you get there. Travel to Manhattan & Brooklyn very easy via the bus/metro. Natalia was very responsive, helpful, and gave us so many great recommendations for places to check out in the area. Definitely recommend and plan on staying again in the future!!

Great value for the price! Ty was really communicative and flexible with us. The place was really comfortable and convenient, lots of places around and only 10 minutes away from de 167th St Station. Loved the bed and appliances. Would definitely book again.
