My brother and I stayed here on the way to Colorado and it was worth the stay! We needed a place to crash for the night but wanted to make it cool and the treehouse/outside area was perfect. John was super friendly and helpful. Keep in mind it’s by train tracks so you’ll get one passing by every now and then. Everything was great and comfy. Thanks again John!

Aja's home was the perfect place for our family to gather over Thanksgiving. There was plenty of space for eating and playing games. Our adult kids decided to take a late night jump through the ice on the lake, which made for some interesting fun. The home is easy to find, the beds are comfortable, everything was clean and beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Aja was responsive when a need arised and sent help quickly to get it resolved. Airport is close by for any flying enthusiasts; we indeed went flying and explored the lake from above. Plenty of amenities nearby. Thank you for the memorable stay! We can't wait to stay in the summer!

Kelli was a great hostess. Location is right near the reservoir and within walking distance. Quiet and peaceful. RV definitely felt homey. Everything I needed was there. Kelli was very considerate and very responsive. Will definitely book again.

Nice place! very clean and very comfortable

Really cute place to go glamping. Loved the seating on the front porch and the fire pit, and the swamp cooler was pretty effective. Only downside was we went in the middle of July so the bugs were a bit unavoidable. Bathrooms were not my favorite and the trash bins were overflowing which made for a stinky combination, but the home itself was far enough away that it was fine. The views are unmatched and the beach area is private and gorgeous. Had a great time with the husband and kids and can’t wait to come back!

We were so happy with our stay! It was in a great location and we felt right at home. Trista was extremely helpful and letting us do an early check in. We appreciated it so much! We highly recommend staying here!

The Larson’s were welcoming and kind and the ranch had all we were hoping for and more: quiet, fishing nearby, animals and a fun place to explore. We loved the cowboy setting, it made us want to live in Ephriam. We want to come back in the summer when they train the bulls, and help out on the farm. Thank you, it feels like honest people with American values are less and less common, but we found that here. Would recommend 10/10 especially to people wanting to understand the authentic western way of life.
