Muy buen lugar para pasar en familia o en pareja. Tiene pischina y playa adecuada. El apatamento muy acojedor, bien equipado, tiene de todo.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

Me encantó quedarme en Las Olas, Daniel una persona super activa siempre respondió los mensajes de manera rápida, las instalaciones del 601 impecables todos los electrodomésticos eléctricos funcionaron a la perfección, todo limpio, agua caliente Un aire acondicionado qué funcionó excelente. Definitivamente recomiendo este alojamiento 100 %.

La estacia y lugar resultaron ser acogedores, tranquilos y seguros. La pronta atencion y respuesta del anfitrion proporcionaron la confianza que decantó nuestra eleción. Las instaciones son muy disfrutables y la piscina un lujo accesible todo el día. También es cierto que el celo excesivo en el control de accesos y aforo entorpece un poco la experencia, se hubiera agradecido el poder disponer de la tarjeta de acceso ya que la estancia fue prologanda. Hubuieráse agradecido tambien el conocer la condicion en el anucio acerca del pago de la factura de la luz, aunque el coste es razonable. Agradecemos muchísimo la atención personalizada y exclusiva de Cristian, que gracia a su pronta respuesta no perdimos más días de vacaciones debido a una cancelación en esta plataforma justo el día que aterrizamos. Recomendamos el sitio por su tranaquiladad, comodidad, seguridad y belleza.

We really enjoyed our beach front stay at Marbella in Juan Dolio. Spectacular views from the apartment and nice pool and beaches.

Una experiencia extraordinaria, un lugar con todas las condiciones, accesible, tranquilo y seguro. El anfitrión siempre atento y pendiente de que nuestras estancia fueran placentera. Desde luego que repetiría la visita.

Instructions didn’t mention anything about having to contact construction guy next door in order to get gate key upon arrival. Beautiful apartment, had everything we required, it was very clean and well organized, well furnished and plenty of space for two couples. It was very nice having some ice cubes in the freezer and coffee available for the morning. Great location. Other than some confusion about how to get in and a lower water pressure , we have nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is a five minute walk from the beach. Stove and fridge works with no issues. The AC works in both rooms. The TV due to the location is hard to see in the early morning due to the thin curtains in the living room . The balcony door is jammed so I just went to the kitchen window to access it or you can just go up to the second for for a view. The bedrooms has no entry key if you want to lock up a room if you aren't there. The shower hot water temperature is just right but water will drizzle down by the bathroom floor if you don't put something down. No issues with parking in the cover space. 24 Hour Security. The only major issue that is not even the host's fault was due to the nearby hotel property next to the building. During the Saturday I was there was on site party that got around the curfew quiet times. There was loud music that played up until 2AM. This didn't bother me but if you are a light sleeper this might will be an issue during the weekends as during the week it is pretty quiets as the apartment is in the back of the building. Overall I would stay here again once the curfew is lifted. The host was very friendly and answered my issues promptly via text.

Nos encanto el apartamento. Está bien decorado y limpio. Cristina fue muy amable con claras instrucciones. La piscina excelente, grande y con zona de niños. Para mi gusto prefiero dormir con más oscuridad por lo que apreciaria tener blackout en las habitaciones porque los postes de luz afuera ilumina mucho.

El lugar es muy lindo, habitaciones limpia y fresca con AC, la piscina es grande y profunda si te gusta nadar. La vista es hermosa y es muy cercano a la playa caminando, en los alrededores hay tiendas de todo tipo. La host fue muy amable, nos encanto!

Excelente nuestra experiencia, todo muy organizado en el apartamento, cocina completamente equipada y habitaciones muy cómodas, la playa hermosa y limpia, muchas gracias al señor Luis por siempre estar disponible para cualquier duda, ya estamos planeando volver el mes que viene😀

There are no words for how much I loved this place. If I could rate it 6 stars I would. It was super clean, well decorated and had everything we needed and more! Ysancis was very thoughtful, sweet and treated us like family. She checked on us, gave us reccommendations and was very easy to comminicate with. She is amazing. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Restaurants, markets and bars are all within walking distance. The beach is just across the street and is easily accessible. My only advice is to bring water shoes due to the rocks on the beach. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful rental. Thanks again for everything, Ysancis! You went above and beyond for my family and ensured that I enjoyed my birthday.

Great value, beautiful view from the pool. Beach access is very rocky at the home but we walked about half a mile and all was great. Only recommendation is to turn the air on immediately upon arrival and make sure they don’t go off. Will be back soon!

Atzoli, fué muy amable, nos informó y ayudo cuanto pudo. Siempre estuvo atenta a responder y resolver cualquier duda. Apartamento tal cual la descripción, muy bien decorado y cómodo. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y la cercanía a una linda playa. Recomendado!

Excelente opción para desconectarse de la ciudad sin alejarse mucho, lo repetiré sin duda alguna. Yamilet fue muy atenta y mostró su gran capacidad de respuesta

This place was amazing! Communication from the beginning was awesome. The transportation we needed from the airport to the Airbnb and anywhere else nearby was easily accessible. We loved the Airbnb and private beach area. Will definitely be coming back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Marbella Towers in Juan Dolio, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the breathtaking ocean views and welcoming atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, with stunning sunrises and sunsets, two expansive pools and a fabulous beach. The Unit was well appointed and the amenities offered all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. The Security staff and personnel were always professional, friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay. Gabriela was an amazing host and ensured our stay was perfect. Communication with her was excellent. Thank you Gabriela for your attentiveness. We will be returning again in the near future.

We loved our stay at this place, the apartment was neat and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and had all the amenities as well as the rooms, main room has a front-pool beautiful view and common areas were amazing. We definitely coming back! 👌🏼
