I had a fantastic stay at Playa Juan Dolio! , Norma, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience

3ra vez en las Olas 704 inolvidable tiempo y lugar, sugiero ajustes en algunos accesorios del mobiliario en las habitaciones CONSERVAR lo hermoso de los detalles para que la calidad siga siempre el PLUS de este lugar.

Estoy escribiendo este review con los ojos aguados desde mi casa en New York. Tener que irme de República Dominicana y de este apartamento me conmueve. Me sentí como en casa. Era el cumpleaños de mi madre y decidimos tener este escape de chicas con mi tia y primas. Todo salió perfecto en este lugar. Cuando entras en el apartamento te impresionará la perfección. ¡Es divino! Todos los espacios son super amplios. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas y con una calidad perfecta. Hay tantas toallas,(hasta para ir a la playa), sábanas, colchas, etc. TODAS las camas son super cómodas. La limpieza es increíble. Todo rechina de limpio. Nos sentimos tan seguras en esta área que salimos a caminar hasta de noche siendo mujeres solas. No necesitas carro para nada. Llegamos en un Uber. Yudelkis y Pamela son tan buenas anfitrionas y ayudaron tanto que les pedí si podíamos ser amigas. La playa está literalmente a pasos. ¡Por favor traten este apartamento con respeto para que ellas sigan rentándolo!

¡Este alojamiento es una maravilla! Tiene una vista al mar y a la piscina espectacular. Además, está bien equipado con todo de calidad y muy limpio. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y definitivamente queremos volver. Guillermo es un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento a responder cualquier inquietud.

Una de mis mejores estadías las viví en esta propiedad junto a mi familia disfrutando de la vista y la calma del mar , todo sumamente limpio , organizado , el apartamento está bien equipado, sin lugar a dudas volveré a repetir la experiencia! Emilio un anfitrión muy atento y servicial al momento de necesitarlo logramos obtener la información necesaria para una mejor estadía!

The Airbnb was exactly how it was in the pictures and the stay was worth it and great. I loved it and would definitely consider coming back. It’s a great place to take family and loved ones and is very close to the many beaches that surround Juan Dolio. Julio was great at responding and helping with anything i needed help with.

Loved the place. Enilly, was on point. Enilly’s response time was second to none. She’s the best host bar none!

Awesome house, exactly as pictured. Both host are very nice, attentive and responsive. The beach is 10 minutes away, however the neighborhood is not walkable at night. Very dark and empty. Other than that, we loved our stay there. Thanks for having us! Do recommend it for family stays of four of friends

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

I loved the apartment it was right by the ocean had central AC, amazing balcony overlooking playa juan dolio.The beach and pool was really entertaining and relaxing.

We loved our stay. The view was amazing and everything else was very comfortable. Lots of pantry items and toiletries which was a nice touch. There were a few stores near by and we loved the Spanish restaurant close by. We bought produce on the beach from the women who passed by every day. There is virtually no shade on the beach and it was very crowded on the weekend but lovely and quiet during the week. Water was beautiful!! We had a few glitches but Josivel was always responsive. She arranged airport pick up for us as well. We really loved Juan Dolio.

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

Muy bien todo, el apartamento es comodo, limpio, las amenidades buenas, el parqueo y las personas de mantenimiento excelentes.

we very much enjoyed our stay of two months. very quiet but does get somewhat busier on weekends which was expected.
