Juan Dolio : locations de vacances en bord de mer

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

Super bonito y limpio, habitaciones cómodas, buen espacio, lo que mas me gustó fue que pude llevarme a mis hijos (mis mascotas)🤣 , es perfecto para un fin de semana familiar, collins fue siempre muy amable y activo al responder mis inquietudes, vale la pena cada centavo la verdad, sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

El anfitrión es una persona muy atenta, responde a todos los mensajes y trata de subsanar cualquier necesidad. El apartamento es confortable, espacioso, con camas y almohadas bien mullidas. Deja una buena provisión de toallas, papel higiénico... y en la cocina detalles como azúcar ¡y café!

Muy buen lugar para pasar en familia o en pareja. Tiene pischina y playa adecuada. El apatamento muy acojedor, bien equipado, tiene de todo.

Very cute place. walking distance to the beach ( but make sure you have your own beach chairs, as there are no place near by to rent sunbed). apartment is very nice, small but has all necessary things inside. Perfect for a couple.

If you're looking for a cultural DR experience and do not mind walking 10 minutes to the beach/restaurants, I highly recommend. It also took me 35-40 mins to walk to the Juan Dolio Liquor store the "nightlife partying" nearby. Very safe location even if it looks a bit sketchy at first. There area cameras on property. I walked alone at night and felt very safe. Most locals are there to protect tourists. During the tour Eddy was welcoming and went above and beyond to help! Some things that were broken, but he let me know ahead of time and was very honest. The water pressure in bathrooms was not always great. They also only have cold water in some showers but it was also hot outside so it was nice! One of the bathroom toilets was not working, but Eddy was on top of it and was helpful. There was 1 waterbug in a room when we first arrived, but did not see any other insects. A/C works in well in 1A, not so much in 1B but not unbearable. It is a 3rd world country so many things expected.

Had an amazing time here, felt right at home, everything was at walking distance and the beach was only a minute away which is a huge plus. The host also provides so many things, including a wagon and cooler, for the beach.

Great value, beautiful view from the pool. Beach access is very rocky at the home but we walked about half a mile and all was great. Only recommendation is to turn the air on immediately upon arrival and make sure they don’t go off. Will be back soon!

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

First let us tell you how helpful Osiris was right from booking to checkout. We had flight delays and trouble with our airport transfer company and he went above and beyond to help us. He was always super quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. The view from the balcony of the condo was amazing. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay and the beds are very comfortable. We were a group of 4 adults and the size of the condo was perfect. All of the staff at the facility were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though we didn't speak much Spanish they always found a way to help us. The building and the surrounding grounds were extremely clean and tidy. The little snack and beverage bar by the pool was great and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!!!

This experience is one of the best ive had. Carlenis was there every step of the way and very responsible on been responsive. Pictures are awsome but the vibe and the place in person is breathtaking. I do want to make this clear ( THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARTY ) its a place to relax peacefully when you are not enjoying the wonders of Dominican Republic and Boca Chica. I will always be thankful for the transparency and and the amount of care i felt from my host Carlenis I RECOMMEND 💯 And will definitely book again in the future. Carlenis thank you so much 🙏🏻

El lugar estaba hermoso en excelentes condiciones, el complejo de Marbella es bello, es muy seguro es un lugar para compartir en familia y pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, los anfitriones muy atentos siempre contestaban a tiempo!

Aqua Loft is a private apartment building with a beautiful pool and beach front. If you want a tranquil, peaceful getaway then this is a great spot. We had the whole beach to ourselves with shade under palm trees. There is not much food in walking distance, so you need to Uber to Juan Dolió to get food. Or go grocery shopping beforehand, and the kitchen in the apartment has everything you need to cook.

Mariana's place it's absolutely beautiful, photos doesn't do justice , once you're there you find yourself in a exquisite , fully equipped beach front paradise. The views are amazing. The apartment it's huge , we were a group of eight , including my uncle on a wheelchair and never felt crowded. On the other hand Mariana was excellent always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She always on her phone and responded very quick . We had the best time at her place. The building's staff are great very friendly. If you stay at Mariana's place I promise you you'll have the best experience in this tropical heaven.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Marbella Towers in Juan Dolio, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the breathtaking ocean views and welcoming atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, with stunning sunrises and sunsets, two expansive pools and a fabulous beach. The Unit was well appointed and the amenities offered all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. The Security staff and personnel were always professional, friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay. Gabriela was an amazing host and ensured our stay was perfect. Communication with her was excellent. Thank you Gabriela for your attentiveness. We will be returning again in the near future.

Harold’s place was beautiful well decorated. Go see it for yourself! It is an amazing place. Harold and Israel were very responsive and made themselves available. I already want to go back to it 😁 Thanks Harold for an amazing stay!!

Great location near the beach and shopping area, very convenient. Easy checkin process and rental price. Very responsive to my feedback about the apartment, definitely will be back
