Absolute Paradise! This villa was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and the beautiful pool was a few steps from the backdoor patio. Mornings started with a walk to grab coffee, then either a beach day or just floating in the pool—pure perfection. Absolute Paradise! Inside, the villa was just nice—beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and so walkable. Great restaurants with amazing views, cute coffee shops, and convenience shops were all nearby. The beach was just a short stroll away, making every day feel effortless. Everyone was super friendly, always smiling and saying hello as we walked by. Already missing this place and can’t wait to come back!

Sin duda alguna volveríamos al lugar, el trato de nuestra anfitriona Pamela 1A, toda la villa muy confortable, las instalaciones, el lugar con mucha seguridad, la villa muy equipada con todo lo necesario, sin ninguna queja.

Es una villa privada muy acogedora y cómoda, te hace sentir como en casa, se rodea de mucha vegetación por lo que se siente muy fresco. Las atenciones de Martín y Carmen quiénes siempre se mostraron muy diligentes y atentos en cualquier cosa que necesitaríamos, sin duda volvería 🥰

Nuestra estadia fue una experiencia fabulosa. Los Duenos muy sympaticos y atentos. El trabajador William siempre estaba en nuestra diposicion a toda horas. Difinitivamente recomiendo esta villa.

La casa es tal cual la descripción, súper espaciosa y cómoda. Definitivamente mi familia y yo volveremos. Totalmente recomendada junto a su anfitrión.

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Alles hat gepasst! Nairobi und Pavel sind wunderbare Gastgeber und haben sich immer um alles gekümmert, wenn wir irgendwo Unterstützung gebraucht haben. Sie haben mir sogar eine Gitarre besorgt für die Zeit unseres Aufenthalts und an meinem Geburtstag bekam ich einen Kuchen von Nairobi. Also für uns 100 von 100 Punkten. Anmerkung: Wir hatten bewusst auf einen Mietwagen verzichtet, da wir primär einen Arbeitsaufenthalt geplant hatten (by the way: Internet funktioniert super!) Wer Strand will: der ist leider fußläufig ca 15 Minuten entfernt und der Weg dahin ist wenig attraktiv. Dafür ist der Strand an sich aber wieder super und nicht so überlaufen von Touristen. Thats it! the first time I went to Jose and Martina's villa was amazing but now with all the updates is even more beautiful 😍 This time I took Martina's recommendation to have Maribel help us out with the cooking and it was the best decision I ever made, she was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs.

Every detail in the space is intentional, welcoming, and perfectly curated to make you feel at home—but better. The beach is just steps away, and whether you’re soaking in the morning sun, watching the waves dance at sunset, or simply breathing in the ocean air, this place wraps you in tranquility. The house itself is spotless, cozy, and full of warmth. You can feel the love and care Liza has poured into every corner. It’s rare to find a place that offers both joy and serenity, but this one does exactly that. Great place to stay, very quiet and clean

Tremendo lugar para quedarse en familia. Es de mucha satisfacción estar en un ambiente privado, con mucho espacio, comodidad y donde puedas descansar tranquilo!

I highly recommend staying here. And I stress “Highly”. Understand that the area Is close to Boca Chica, between two equidistant Olé supermarkets. But if you’re not familiar with the area, you should have a car or use Uber. I did both. A ride to any ole, Boca Chica, beach is around 3 dollars, give or take. But what the stay promised, is above and beyond. Safe, quiet, all amnesties and cozy.

I highly recommend Carlos for his exceptional attention to detail and outstanding service. He consistently provided us with all the necessary information, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Carlos was always communicative, answering our questions promptly and thoughtfully, which greatly contributed to a memorable experience. His attentiveness to even the smallest details made a significant and lasting impact on our stay. In addition, Dorca, the lady Carlos Jose recommended to assist us during our stay, was amazing!

Great place in Naimi, does have hot water which was a surprise, beautiful home, pool coming soon, I would use this place again, Mercedes was responsive on one small issue we had. Thanks for allowing us in your home
