Villa Rosa es súper hermosa, tal cual se ve en las fotos, es súper amplio, cómodo, familiar y acogedor, está muy bien equipado, los anfitriones son amables y están siempre pendientes a cualquier necesidad que surja, el lugar es ideal para pasar las vacaciones. Impecable!!! Espero volver pronto!

Wir waren für 14 Tage in der Unterkunft von Indy und fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und waren mit Allen Gegebenheiten sehr zufrieden! Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage die wir immer wieder besuchen würden! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

I really and everybody else loved this Place. We felt kind of better than home because we saw all the bases covered. I mean they though of everything. Nothing was missed. Nos encantó el apartamento, todo estaba perfecto, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Todo lo que pudimos necesitar estaba disponible. Contacto directo con Luis Carlos de manera rápida y disposición al 100%. Comodidad y tranquilidad era lo que estábamos buscando. Con planes de volver, sin duda! Lo recomendamos con los ojos cerrados!

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

Instructions didn’t mention anything about having to contact construction guy next door in order to get gate key upon arrival. Beautiful apartment, had everything we required, it was very clean and well organized, well furnished and plenty of space for two couples. It was very nice having some ice cubes in the freezer and coffee available for the morning. Great location. Other than some confusion about how to get in and a lower water pressure , we have nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay there again.

Our group of 13 on a Mission Trip were extremely happy with this Villa. It was well stocked, clean, ample linens including beach towels, comfortable beds and lots of hang out space in living and outdoor patio areas. We would stay here again if the need arose. The yard and pool were very well maintained and it was a bonus to have laundry facilities on site! Well worth the cost. Gracias! There was a stray kitty that hung around all week - not sure how you would get rid of it but we just made sure it never got inside.

I stayed at Rovil’s location, among 7 of my closest friends, celebrating a 40th. From the beginning of entrance, although we took the wrong turn, it was right at home, I am very OCD, so this is a big win for me. It had pretty much every appliance you could need on a trip with a big group. The pool was fantastic, the backyard as well. The privacy and quietness of the neighborhood is what truly was the key point. We were able to unwind and just listen to nature, as we came across a few grasshoppers and spiders lol. Beds were all comfortable along with pillows and towels. I will MOST DEFINITELY return. Thank you again for letting my friends & family have this memory for life at your home. I have absolutely zero complaints.

Luis was a great host! Replied immediately with any questions i had! Location was beautiful! Family and I enjoyed the pool, everyday it was cleaned! Rooms were perfect size! Great villa for a family, adults and kids loved! Also, the security from the villa also made us feel safe! As in they really do their job and make sure who comes in and out! Overall great experience with this villa! Thank you Luis!!

Great host very helpful with the accommodation nice location very easy to find and accessible.

This place is terrific. First of all, both the owner and local caretaker were very responsive, both quick to reply and full of useful info. Second, the pool and outdoor area are truly gorgeous and very comfortable. Indoors is spacious (so many bedrooms - we could really spread out)! I would say the only downsides were that we needed to rewash some dishes and the place is not within easy walking distance of the beach - at least, not with small kids. I’d estimate it would take an adult about 20 minutes to walk there; you need to make your way back to the main entrance and cross a small highway. But it is a beautiful beach once you get there! Clear, clear water that was the perfect temperature.
