Excelente alojamiento, tranquilo, limpio, cómodo, área de juego para niños, y una vista espectacular. Rafael responde rápido y se mantiene atento. Recomendado 100%.

Communication rapide, agréable et facile avec Arianna., notre hôte. On se sent écouté et en confiance avec cette hôte d’expérience. Très bel endroit, la plage est magnifique et on peut y marcher longtemps. Il y a suffisamment de chaises et les piscines sont propres et très belles. L’appartement est bien aménagé. Les lits sont confortables, la climatisation fonctionne correctement, cependant les salles de bain auraient bien besoin d’être rénovées. Les électroménagers sont un peu usés mais fonctionnels. Juan Dolio est un site plutôt isolé. Quelques petits dépanneurs et restaurants autour mais les vraies épiceries sont à 15 minutes de taxi et plusieurs USD $. Les vendredis et samedis soirs sont très bruyants. Petit bar karaoké en face. En dehors de ces soirées, c’est un endroit très tranquille.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

I had the pleasure of staying at Luxxor Stay for 10 months, and it was an incredible experience. The property was well-maintained, clean, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The staff, especially Lenin, were always attentive, professional, and quick to address any concerns or questions I had. Me encantó quedarme en Las Olas, Daniel una persona super activa siempre respondió los mensajes de manera rápida, las instalaciones del 601 impecables todos los electrodomésticos eléctricos funcionaron a la perfección, todo limpio, agua caliente Un aire acondicionado qué funcionó excelente. Definitivamente recomiendo este alojamiento 100 %.

Le logement était à une rue du malecon. Il y avait du stationnement privé. La maison était impeccable et les lits confortables. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

This experience is one of the best ive had. Carlenis was there every step of the way and very responsible on been responsive. Pictures are awsome but the vibe and the place in person is breathtaking. I do want to make this clear ( THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARTY ) its a place to relax peacefully when you are not enjoying the wonders of Dominican Republic and Boca Chica. I will always be thankful for the transparency and and the amount of care i felt from my host Carlenis I RECOMMEND 💯 And will definitely book again in the future. Carlenis thank you so much 🙏🏻

Monica was so professional . She knew there was a baby and asked use if we needed a crib in which it was set up when we got there. She even left us water and snacks. The house was spotless and blankets were super clean. Monica kept checking up on us. I would totally recommend this place 1000% !

Me and some friends stayed at this Airbnb for about a week. And we had a great time. The place was spacious and I loved how all of our rooms had a different color theme to it. Waner was very responsive and always checked in to make sure we were OK or if we needed anything. Even when there were issues with the shower pressure, he was able to effectively communicate with us to fix that. He was also very flexible with checking in and checking out. I had the orange room and it is probably been one of the best rooms I’ve ever seen in. Me and Jordan stay here and we loved how the location was walkable to just about any restaurant that we wanted to try. And it was very easy for us to navigate. The rooms were clean, the sites from the rooftop are beautiful and we’d love to sit outside on the patio to just relax.

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

100% fantastic apartment! First of all Marbella is amazing, from the 2 resort pools, beach restaurant and private beach access with cabanas (the apartment even comes with pool noodles in the front bedroom closet), to the location with across the street access to 2 mini-marts and several restaurants and top notch security. You really can’t ask for more! Anadel’s apartment is a true resort style home away from home. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets and a fully stocked kitchen with a Ninja oven and even an air fryer! The beds were seriously the most comfortable beds of all of our stays in Juan Dolio! The AC was super cool & there’s even a dehumidifier which takes your comfort to the next level (highly recommend you get that started as soon as you arrive). Super quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Anadel is a fantastic host with superb communication, kindness & consideration for our late flight home. We cannot recommend this apartment & Anadel enough! She truly treated us like friends❤️

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien en el apartamento de Lia. Es comodo, limpio, esta en buenas condiciones, tiene todo lo necesario y es tal como se muestra en la publicacion de Airbnb. Lia nos envio toda la informacion sobre el condominio y el apartamento con antelacion, por lo que no tuvimos ningun inconveniente a nuestra llegada ni con el uso y manejo de las facilidades disponibles. Ademas, ella siempre estuvo en comunicacion con nosotros, asi que siempre nos sentimos acompañados. Con relacion al personal del condominio, este fue muy amable y eficiente. La playa frente a Marbella no es la mejor, pero basta con caminar un poco (en direccion hacia al condominio Hemingway) para encontrar un mejor lugar y darse un rico baño. Gracias, Lia!

Beautiful view!!!! If you are looking to relax and unwind this is the place for you. The staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to still be there but are looking forward to returning in the future.

Mariana's place it's absolutely beautiful, photos doesn't do justice , once you're there you find yourself in a exquisite , fully equipped beach front paradise. The views are amazing. The apartment it's huge , we were a group of eight , including my uncle on a wheelchair and never felt crowded. On the other hand Mariana was excellent always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She always on her phone and responded very quick . We had the best time at her place. The building's staff are great very friendly. If you stay at Mariana's place I promise you you'll have the best experience in this tropical heaven.
