Juan-les-Pins, Antibes : locations de vacances avec borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques

Emilie’s house was the perfect stay for myself and my two girlfriends. The location was fantastic, a short walk to an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars, but tucked away enough to not experience any noise pollution. The house was exactly as described and was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our things. Would highly recommend.

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

Communication was great, before check in, during stay for our questions and after check out. The apartment was perfect for our family stay. We traveled with small children and they slept well on the sleeper sofa and enjoyed the huge TV. My wife said she had the best nights sleep on the mattress in the bedroom, which also had a TV and ceiling fan. The Air conditioner works GREAT! The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home. The balcony was lovely, with an amazing view of the rue de Anglais and the ocean. There are multiple grocery stores close by, and one across the street for all your needs. The Gelato on the corner is amazing, and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very walk able area, less then a block to the beach. Thank you so much for having us.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We loved Rodica’s apartment for its location, convenience and the beautiful patio. Paul and Rodica were amazing host and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Sony was a fabulous host. She was kind, super responsive, and very professional every time we were in contact with her. The apartment was light, bright and spacious. We stayed 12 nights, and felt very comfortable and at home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and the beds were very comfortable. What we really loved was being so close to EVERYTHING that Antibes has to offer - the port, the train station, the old town, the markets, it was all a close and easy walk. Absolutely loved our stay here, thank you so much Sony!

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Cindy est très réactive et attentionnée. Séjour très agréable , maison très spacieuse , extérieur très très bien aménagé pas de vis à vis et très très calme . Je recommande ce logement 👍

Mon copain et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. La plage était à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le quartier était vraiment paisible. Notre hôte à été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Notamment, nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des fruits, et on nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants et activités. Notre coup de cœur a été le jacuzzi chaud et disponible en permanence, aussi, notre chien a adoré le grand jardin. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir durant l'été.

Geweldige gastvrouw en gastheer. Zeer complete woning waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is! Zeer proper en verzorgd! Handig boek met tips voor de regio aanwezig. Kortom, top verblijf gehad, we hebben genoten!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. ‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

This was our second time staying at Corinne's apartment. Excellent location, amazing views, super clean apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Corinne has a lovely spirit and is very welcoming and friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from and extensive supermarket opposite, good wine shop nearby and ice cream place with lots of flavours!We had such a wonderful relaxing break and can't to return!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Stephane. L’arrivée s’est faite de façon autonome grâce aux instructions très claires et précises de notre hôte. L’appartement était au-delà de nos attentes, il était très propre, nous avions à notre disposition tout l’électroménager nécessaire, nous avons également pu profiter de la terrasse très bien exposée. Concernant l’emplacement, l’immeuble est très bien situé (tout est faisable à pied), de plus la résidence est calme et très sécurisée. Stéphane est un hôte très accueillant et aux petits soins avec ses invités, la communication se fait très facilement et il est très compréhensif. Pour conclure nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons vivement !

This peaceful little studio was home for 10 weeks and it was perfect for my needs (a long-term stay) in Nice. The location is perfect - a 10 min walk to the station and to the promenade/beach. Theres an abundance of public transport links nearby. In regards to the space - I actually don't think the photos do it justice. The studio is blessed with natural light the whole day in abundance, and it creates a very homey vibe. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you might need. Its not a bare bones airbnb - the place has Marie Annes personality and there are nick nacks scattered around the place but I did not mind this - adds to the charm of the space. The only things perhaps to note (and this is outside of the hosts' control!) as a non-smoker, it seems that many people in the building smoke leaving a bit of stench in the landing that occasionally seeps into the apartments' bathroom. The walls are also very thin so you can hear the neighbours. Marie Anne was a great host!

We had a great stay here and would love to stay again. The flat was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We cooked most meals, and found basically everything we needed. We loved being able to be at the beach in less than 5 minutes' walk! The host met us on time, gave us an thorough explanation of the flat and how to use everything, and then checked in on us multiple times during our nearly 3-week stay. She was very friendly and offered lots of local recommendations. This is a wonderful choice!

Malgré le mauvais temps lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le balcon puisse se fermer par de grandes vitres et nous avons pu profiter de cet espace et de la vue mer. Super accueil par Marie Hélène avec quelques bons plans restau dont nous avons su profiter et pouvons valider !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Tout était conforme à l’annonce, propre et très bien équipé. L’hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et soucieux de notre confort tout au long du séjour. L’emplacement est également idéal. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai avec plaisir ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Très bel appartement. Très bien placé. Environnement agréable et quartier sympathique. Tout confort. Meublé et décoré avec goût. Propreté impeccable. Literie très confortable. Très bien équipé. Domotique. Beaucoup de rangement dans chaque pièce. Grande terrasse. Parking sécurisé en sous-sol (certes un peu étroit pour véhicules type SUV, mais place pour manœuvrer et une fois garé on ouvre les portes sans problème). Proche bord de mer (2 mn à pied). Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Très bon accueil et très grande réactivité de Stéfania. Instructions d'arrivée et de départ claires et précises. Délicates attentions dans le frigidaire à notre arrivée. Rien à redire. En haut du podium de mes expériences de location. À recommander sans modération.
