This is a newly listed place (as of Dec 2024), but it’s on a very large property with another house, so the hosts are incredibly experienced in hosting. You should not be worried at all. Val is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive, thinks of everything, has great recommendations, and loves to show people around while making them feel at home. She is respectful of guests' privacy but is always eager to help. The house is located on a beautiful farm. The two master bedrooms are spacious and both have showers and bathrooms. The two kids' rooms are also great. The balcony is large enough for a big family and overlooks a beautiful area. There isn’t much to do on foot around the house, but within a 5-minute drive, you can reach both beautiful beaches and amazing hikes in the rainforest. During our visit, there was a power outage on the island. Val was absolutely amazing in helping us out. The generator worked fine, and it felt as though nothing had happened.

The Pool Beach House was great! Exactly as advertised. And we were provided an excellent list of restaurants, beaches, and activities to do while we were there. Zuleyka was very quick to answer any questions we had and also was gracious enough to let us check out a little later. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this house! Connie is a wonderful host. From booking day she has been available for questions and gave us so many awesome local places to check out during our stay. She was easily available during our stay for any questions. The location of the home is perfect! The views of the rainforest and ocean are breathtaking. The yard and pool are beautifully maintained and we spent much of our time there enjoying the views nature around us. Very close to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, to El Yunque National Forest, snorkel tours, bio bay The home has everything you need from cooking meals and playing games at home to spending a day at the beach. Lots of common areas to hang out as well as quiet areas to retreat to. It was very comfortable! 100% recommend this home if you are traveling to Puerto Rico. We can't wait to go back!

Loved the home so much! Felt like a dream getaway from home. Hosts were great and gifted us wine, amazing Puerto Rican coffee and even decorated the home with birthday decorations for me. Will recommend this home to couples or friends with the pool, view, hammock and music. Will definitely stay here again when visiting. I also recommend the restaurant right around the corner, they have amazing rice!

My wife and I stayed here for several days with our three boys and their significant others. This property was perfect for a group of our size, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering, visiting, eating, playing games, etc. The view of the ocean and the pool were spectacular. Victoria, the host, was highly responsive, friendly, and helpful and provided clear check-in and other instructions. This property has a large living/dining/kitchen area on the main floor, as well as a half bath. There is also a full bathroom accessible outside from the back patio. Upstairs are the four bedrooms, all of which face north and offer great views. There are two full bathrooms upstairs — on en suite in the primary bedroom and the other shared by the three other bedrooms. The neighborhood this property is in is gated, but getting in and out is not a problem (follow Victoria's directions). Also, the address on Airbnb is not correct; again, follow Victoria's directions.

We had an amazing time, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay. They had all the amenities describe. Beds were comfortable , house was just as the pictures described. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much

First let me say that Josephina is absolutely a great host!! Her home is Beautiful and I would absolutely recommend her place!! Well worth every penny!!!!

incredible location! they have AC but it’s so fresh I didn’t use it so i could hear coqui all night
