Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

We loved our stay at Cozy Home! The hosts thought of it all - the decor, the details, and EVERYTHING else! They even made a book that had all the info you need for Cozy Home, local recommendations, and the San Diego area. I’m not into fake plants in a home but those looked good too! 😊

Great experience! I would definitely stay again if in San Diego. Popular attractions like Gaslamp, La Jolla, SD Zoo were about a 15-20 minute drive. The hosts were proactive and sent plenty of detailed instructions leading up to our stay. There was a provided lot to park right in front of the unit. The hot tub was great and very easy to use. They made everything very easy and as straightforward as possible. Also they responded very quickly! No regrets with this booking!

My fiancée and I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks due to our personal home being renovated. I work from home so I was expected to stay at our BnB for most hours of the day. The place had everything I needed — a work desk, fast internet, and a small kitchen to make a quick lunch. Travis and Lach were excellent hosts, and the stay was exactly as described on the listing. Our door lock had a low battery, and they had someone sent over to replace the battery in less than an hour. A few notes — the couch is a little worn in, and there was active construction right across the alleyway during the daytime of our stay. If you are planning to use your car, I HIGHLY recommend the garage. It was a little tricky to get into because of the construction, but it was very convenient because parking is hard to find after dark. We had a great stay — in fact, our renovation got extended, and we were lucky enough to book this place again and extend our stay here. Thanks again, Travis and Lach!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Mission Hills and Hillcrest, and walkable to the restaurants and bars and both neighborhoods. The house was clean and well-appointed, like you were staying at a friend’s home. I will try to stay here again when I come back to San Diego.

My family and I loved this home- in fact it was by far and away the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The layout was great, the furniture, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The decor was as if we were in someone’s actual home- it made us feel welcome and at home vs other striped down Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The neighborhood was a plus- quiet and close to so many things and places we had planned on going to before we knew the exact location of the home. None of us wanted to leave- my older son wanted to just live there he liked it so much. We would love the opportunity to stay here again when we return to San Diego. Thank you for everything Kyle!

Tony’s place was great for a family weekend in San Diego! Beds are super comfy (+++ for temperature control in each room!) and the backyard is so nice for eating meals together by the fire pit. Close to freeways, easy 15 minute drive to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. Strongly recommend for groups!

Very private and beautiful spot. My cat loved exploring around, the place was cozy, the yard and grass was amazing. Got to lay out in the sun and rake a nap. Steve and his son were very responsive

Stayed here in March of 2025 with my mother, wife, and three daughters. We loved everything about our stay. The location was so convenient and made exploring by foot possible. Super close to Balboa Park and SAN Diego Zoo. Just a very very pleasant experience. The apartment was super cute and recently renovated. Highly recommended.

The condo was a perfect place to stay in North County. It was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet. The condo was plenty spacious for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. There were several tasty restaurants within a couple of miles as well as a grocery store around the corner. Traveling to other parts of San Diego was easy. The 15 freeway was easily accessible but far enough away that there is zero concern about noise. Travel to the coast was easy as well.

Eric and Natalie were great host and were very accommodating with all our requests. Their home is in a perfect location within short drivable distance to Balboa park, SD Downtown and the Airport. The home itself was perfect for our weekend vacation for our family. We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family in future.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place in North Point. We were so thankful we could book her place. Carla was a wonderful host, very responsive , professional and thoughtful. Her place was cozy, clean and safe in a great location to explore San Diego. We had an easy time visiting Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Point Loma, La Jolla. We also spent one afternoon walking around North Park enjoying its shops and restaurants. Very cute spot. Thank you Carla for a great stay we hope one day to be back!

I had a great stay! Fabian was very responsive, and the instructions were very clear for check-in and checkout. Plenty of space for multiple people to stay confortably!

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!
