Helemaal perfect voor onze groep gezinnen met kids, mooie ruimtes om samen te komen, maar tegelijkertijd ook weer genoeg ruimte voor jezelf om tot rust te komen!! Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!!

Es waren magische Stunden, die zum Träumen eingeladen haben. Wirklich ein toller Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen, Ruhe zu genießen und Wellness zu machen. Sich die Umgebung ist top - nach schönen Wanderungen im hohen Venn, lässt es sich im Whirlpool umso besser entspannen. Das Frühstück ist ein Highlight! Wir kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

One of our favourite ever stays. Maud was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. the property is quiet, secluded and set in a beautiful town. there's are games and a television for nights in. but the surrounding towns are great. We explored Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and even luxembourg from here. we loved our stay and hope to return one day.

Die Unterkunft ist 10* wert. Andrea ist die beste Gastgeberin die ich je bei Airbnb kennen gelernt habe. Das Haus ist top! Sie hat an alles gedacht. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Sauber, toll eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Mann hat sich hier sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen wieder. Andrea hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Sie hat uns tolle tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus liegt ruhig und in einer top Lage. Der Kamin ist einladend, die Sauna und der Whirlpool mega!!! Sie hat uns sogar Champagner als Begrüßung serviert. Betten bequem, überall Rituals Körperpflege, Handtücher, Saunatücher, usw. bis ins kleinste Detail hat Andrea durchdacht. In der Küche sind alle erforderlichen Geräte vorhanden und natürlich auch wichtige und erforderliche Materialien. Danke dir!!! Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende! Wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat der Beschreibung entsprochen! Die Gegend ist ruhig und bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir waren nun das zweite Jahr in Folge in dieser Unterkunft& waren wieder absolut zufrieden und werden bestimmt in Zukunft wieder kommen. Die Lage zum Messegelände ist einfach perfekt.

Marie-Lou and Patrick are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. They prepared a welcome home baked pie for the kids, the first of our Airbnb experiences thus far. The beds were comfy and the house is very well equipped. Our kids said this is their best stay thus far and want to give the hosts an “exponentially exceptional” rating.

It was quite easy to find, the host was very kind and met us around 20:30. The place itself was spotless clean and had everything that was listed. Additionally, the kitchen, bathroom and sauna were pristine cleaned. The glass in the bathroom was so clean for a moment we thought that were was no glass. Sauna was excellent and we even started a nice little fire one day. Very peaceful with allot of opportunity for hiking and nature. And very easy connection to Dusseldorf via the train with free parking at the train station in the small town. Would go back again without a doubt.

A very very kind lady. The house is very comfortable and full of useful details. My family and I have been in Dusseldorf for business as exhibitors in the Medica Messe. After a day of work it has been delightful to rest quietly in peace in a nice home. Recommended for future stays.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The home itself was cozy and well-maintained, but the highlight was the lovely, homey garden—perfect for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful moment. As we were there for work - this was great and much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return in the future!

In het hart van Epen ligt een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de hele regio Zuid Limburg en dat is de Dassenburcht. Fijne plek om te verblijven en voorzien van alle gemakken. Supermarkt als buurman, wandelroute langs de voordeur en de langste klim voor de racefiets start daar ook. Met een keur aan terrasjes en restaurants rondom gelegen, bevelen wij deze plek dan ook van harte aan.

Aleksandra war eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin. Sie hat flexible auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagiert und hat unseren Aufenthalt so nett wie möglich gemacht. Die Lage war auch toll und wir würden jedem dieses airbnb weiterempfehlen.

Wat een zalig huisje op een prachtige plek. Je loopt zo het land op vanaf het park. Het park is rustig en de bezoekers ook. Heel fijn dat Nanda en Armand zoveel tips hebben over de omgeving. We hebben genoten van de lempkes parade in Simpelveld en we hopen hier snel in de buurt een huis te vinden. Tot die tijd is dit huisje een prima plek.

Fantastische locatie, heel rustig met grandioos uitzicht. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie badkamers, heerlijke bedden, hele fijne authentieke sfeer. Gezellige houtkachel, echter goed warm krijgen duurde even bij koud weer.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Mooi groot huis in een prachtige omgeving. Herman is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en duidelijk. Als je uitgebreid wil koken is de keuken niet optimaal uitgerust (botte messen, kapotte anti-aanbaklagen en een combimagnetron), maar met een beetje creativiteit kom je er wel. Ventilatie in de badkamers beneden werkt niet zo goed. De grote woonkamer die in twee te delen is, is een groot pluspunt. Het uitzicht is geweldig, en de buitenruimte moet in de zomer heerlijk zijn.

Finding this Airbnb was truly a blessing—it's rare to come across places that can comfortably accommodate a large group. Pros: - Silvia was always helpful and quick to respond. - The view behind the Airbnb is stunning; though the weather wasn't ideal during most of my stay, the last day was spectacular! - Very close to the city center by car. - Conveniently near a shopping plaza for groceries. - Well-equipped with the necessary cutlery and utensils for cooking—we even had a fun cook-off! - Furnace by the verandah creates a cozy, mini campfire vibe. - The building has a rustic, down-to-earth charm that feels incredibly homely and comfortable. As the Dutchies say, it's gezellig! Cons: None! On the first night, the radiators didn’t turn on when it got chilly. However, this resolved itself, and the rest of the stay was perfectly warm. Silvia even brought us extra wood pellets for the furnace in the verandah, that was very heartwarming and nice! I'd definitely stay again

Das Haus aus dem 16. JH hat allen Komfort des 21. JH. Gemütlich, ruhig und im wunderbarer Landschaft gelegen, bietet es Erholung für alle, die dem schnellen Alltag entfliehen möchten. Absolute Empfehlung. 🤸‍♂️🧚‍♀️

toller Komfort, ideal für vier Individualisten, und auch Familie. alles, wasan braucht, um es auch gemütlich zu haben. lohnt sich!

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
