Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubaï : locations de vacances avec borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques

Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Jamila und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Alles war im Apartment wie beschrieben, soweit war auch alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben und konnten das Fitnessstudio im UG nutzen sowie den Strand für die Residences. Die Kommunikation mit Jamila hat sehr sehr gut geklappt, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet und war flexibel. Wir haben uns äusserst wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

We stayed in Christopher's apartment for one month, and everything was perfect, starting from the flat itself and the location. We really loved to stay there and hope to come back one more time.

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

Everything was fine apart from the card. It was broken and didn’t work properly in the first attempt. It takes few minutes to open the door. The issue resolved after 2 days

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy and Convenient Location! I recently stayed and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was charming, and the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. I would 100% recommend and would love to return. Thank you Namzy!

Très bon séjour. L’hôte, Michael, a su très bien nous accueillir malgré l’heure d’arrivée tardive. Il a su être clair malgré le fait que je ne parle pas beaucoup anglais et nous donner des conseils sur différentes activités. Le logement est très bien situé avec de nombreuses activités dans les alentours. Mention spécial pour Mohamed qui a été au top avec nous et qui a appris à parler en Français 😂 Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Ik haf voir vertrek heeeel veel vragen en stelde deze op de zot stel uren van de dag. sheriff antwoord de telkens binnen de 10 min . Hij zorgde ervoor day we de dag van aankomst onze bagage reeds binnen konden zetten bij de kuisvrouw en al zonder geskied op verkenning konden. Het app ziet er in het echt net zo uit als op de foto’s . Het ligt op 10 minuutjes wandelen van Burj Khalifa . Het app bevindt zich in een moderne toren waar je de rust vindt na een drukke dag . De Uber stopt er binnen de minuut om je naar alle plekken van Dubai te brengen. Beneden zit er een supermarktkje zodat je gemakkelijk boodschappen kan doen. Als wij teruggaan , kiezen we beslist terug voor dit app en voor deze host.

Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

Very comfortable apartment with good amenities and close to malls, airport etc.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was 15 minutes from the metro. There are plenty of small grocery shops to use. The people on the front desk were friendly. The room was easy to get into and we were given good instructions on what to do. I loved the views and you can see the buildings by the marina from the balcony. There was a welcome pack and also some big bottles of water was provided and mini KitKat's. I would stay here again if I was to come again. Thank you for a lovely visit.
