Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

С удовольствием ходили в большой магазин неподалеку и находили там много интересного) я уверена в успехе этого места, поэтому надеюсь, что нам удастся вернуться!) рекомендую однозначно, мы очень довольны!

Merci Daniel, Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans votre appartement. Idéalement situé au même étage que la piscine ( 20 m )et la salle de sport ( 10 m ). Les accès aux grands axes routiers sont très proches. Le city mall est juste à côté aussi, idéal pour faire des courses Tout était très bien et très bien expliqué. Daniel a été très réactif lors de nos questionnement. Je recommande vivement ce super Hôte 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Host was very responsive and helpful. Only stayed in room for about 6 hours but it was very comfortable.

The place was exactly as per the photos; lovely and clean. Teuta was an amazing host, always so helpful with anything I asked; nothing was too much. When I asked for something to be looked at in the bathroom she did not even question me and arranged for maintenance to come out straight away. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Wonderful Stay in a Cozy and Convenient Location! I recently stayed and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was charming, and the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

It was a nice and decent place. We stayed as a group, 3 families, and it was very sufficient. Strongly recommend this place, it was close to touristic places, restaurants and markets. I would like to stay here if I ever come to Dubai again. Also, Leila is a caring household, she helped us everything that we need.

With the exception of the fact that the traffic made it extremely difficult to get out of JBR and cross the city quickly and the fact there are only two lifts up to the penthouse which means you spend a lot of time waiting for them, the flat was great! The views are amazing and the host was very helpful. All in, it was great, but definitely more ideal for someone wanting to stay in JBR rather than travel to The Palm, Downtown, or anywhere else in Dubai on a frequent basis.

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

We had a great stay and the place is so quite and clean. Sanaz was so helpful and had given us all the instructions and directions to easily locate the place though it's hard to find at first. Overall, it was a great experience being in that place.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

The location is unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, with stunning views of the marina, a mosque right in front, and 24/7 restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located nearby. It truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. The apartment itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four, including two small children. Our host, Moncef, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He was incredibly responsive to every request, ensuring we had everything we needed, often within minutes. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. We loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!
