Well, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Jacob, thank you so much for having us at this stunning place from 20th Feb until 1st March. You were so accommodating we felt at home, Dubai is 4 hours ahead London but there was not a day I was unable to communicate with Jacob. Most of the time very late 1, 2, 3,4,5 in the morning but after some minutes we would reply straight away, I felt bad sometimes as I thought I was Kelly you awake. He didn’t disappointed me when we got there again very easy to contact as you would get the response straight away. Thank you so much Jacob to go the the extra mile providing a car seat for my baby when I arrived at the flat was already there wow, something that was not included I mentioned this with you and you provided for us. I was supposed to go with my sons but at last minute my partner decided to go as well I contact Jacob straight way explained the situation and again he was so accommodated. The flat was big enough for all of us well located love

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with plenty of room, 2 toilets and a nice balcony. The facilities are lovely including the pools (both the resident's pool and the hotel pools next door which guests have access to). We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Excellent emplacement ! Proche de toutes commodités et du quartier de la marina et de JBR ! Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

This apartment is well-equipped and has a very convenient location: there are several food supermarkets and public transport stops nearby and also a tourist working area of Dubai Marina. The swimming pool is heated and clean. The host was helpful, attentive and obliging. Highly recommend!

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (15 und 19), verbrachten 7 Nächte in dieser sauberen, schönen, modernen und gemütlichen Wohnung im 77. Stockwerk. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Geräte waren allesamt sehr hochwertig und die Betten bequem. Alles war so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und wie beschrieben! Eigentlich noch besser! Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und genossen den wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Skyline und The Palm vom Balkon. Ein Erlebnis! Die Gegend ist sehr gut zu erkunden, die Promenade von Marina und den Jumeira Beach kann man fussläufig erkunden, oder mit der Bahn vor der Tür.  Zur Downtown / Old Town nimmt man ein Taxi / die Metro.  Jetzt möchte ich noch Ferhewet und ihren Vater erwähnen. Sie waren äußerst nett, hilfsbereit, immer verfügbar und beantworteten unsere Fragen sehr schnell - wir erhielten von beiden wertvolle Tipps. Diese moderne Unterkunft können wir somit wirklich empfehlen! Wir hoffen, einmal wiederzukommen und wünschen der Familie alles Gute.

A great place to stay in a peaceful area. Good local amenities and places to walk, private beach. Only minor issue is the noise from the nearby construction sites.

מיקום מרכזי במרינה של הרצליה, מסעדות וטיילת מחוץ לבית. הדירה נקייה, נוחה, תואמת לתמונות. החיסרון היחיד זה השמיטה בחדר שינה מעט קטנה ביחס למיטה זוגית סטנדרטית מלבד זאת הכל מצויין.בהחלט נהננו.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.
