Jumeirah : locations de vacances en bord de mer

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We had a very comfortable stay at this chic apartment. Location is great. Easy to get Uber to get around. Super market close by. Views are great.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen - vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer und auf die Skyline ist toll! Nica war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)

Tolle Unterkunft, klein aber fein. Die Wohnung it sehr gemütlich und vor allem das Bett war sehr bequem. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten, wie Spüle, Waschmittel und Putzzeug war vorhanden. Was allerdings etwas ungünstig war, es waren pro Person je nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch vorhanden, zum Wechseln wäre es gut, wenn man die Stückzahl erhöhen würde. Was auch noch gut wäre, wenn Strandtücher vorhanden wären. Ansonsten waren wir wirklich zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Agentur ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und die Kommunikation war super und außerordentlich freundlich. Der Herr, der unseren checkin gemacht hat, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! The apartment was located very conveniently near the JBR-2 stop on the tram, which is one stop away from the DMCC metro stop with access to the red line. The apartment is a short walk from the beach and tons of restaurants along the marina and beach areas, and is within close proximity to multiple grocery stores. Simon was very responsive to questions we had about the property, and helped resolve a plumbing issue that developed with one of the sinks. It was fixed the next business day (contractors are not allowed on Sunday at the building). He is a responsive host and provided great directions to the apartment upon our arrival. It helped us avoid confusion upon arrival. One thing I would suggest to those using uber or pickup services is to use the next door hotel (Amwaj Rotana) as the pickup location. It has a convenient pullout for drivers.

We had a great stay at Soohia's place. It was comfortable and clean and very convenient for the addicted mall. The beach is very nice with lots of loungers to lie on. It is best to go there in the morning because it faces east, but you can still get sun in the late afternoon by walking along the shore. The pool is very nice and warm. The only downside was having to cross the road to get to the beach, but we soon got used to that and it wasn't a problem.

Ahmed was a great host, answered any questions in timely manner. Place was great for our stay. Would definitely book here again. He even stopped by and gave us a little gift. Thanks Ahmed for everything!

Had a great stay! The apartment is big, luxurious, and has amazing views of Palm Jumeirah🌊. The spacious balcony is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing time☺️. The host was very responsive and helpful as always. Highly recommend 🤩

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Seven Palm's through Escape Haven. Our host, Rowel, was wonderful, answering questions promptly and even allowing us a late check-out for a small fee (well worth it!). The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, and the view from the room is beautiful! The rooftop pool area does get quite crowded during the afternoon, but it's very relaxing in the mornings and evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Escape Haven's apartment, and we will certainly stay here again should we ever return to Dubai!

Very nice and clean appartment, close to beach and pool.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations The location is convenient if you have a car or use the taxi. The subway is far and the busstop is 20 min walk away. The airbnb is located on the first floor with the balcony above the entrance. There was some maintenance going on outside, but luckily they were done quickly. Marise was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would consider staying here again in the future.

We had never stayed on the Palm before even though we had lived out there for a few years . We lived on the Marina and to start with we didn’t know where to go or what restaurants were around. Once we got our bearings it was easy to get around . Across the road the Nakheel Mall is absolutely amazing lots of shops the best food hall outside of London some nice restaurants. Also a park in that area and the monorail runs from the Mall which is easily accessible. Down West Palm beach cafes restaurant located only 1 minute away . A stunning area . The Apartment sleep 4 with ease won’t want 6 in . We were only 2 people so fabulous for us . If you need anything just ask and it will be done . The Palm is a mega busy area but like all Dubai it’s very safe . Just one more point fabulous swimming pool on the roof it could be busy but lots of room. Drinks and food served all day if needed.

Looks exactly like the photos. Gorgeous location, convenient and having the pool and private beach was the cherry on top. Will definitely use again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern bzw so wie beschrieben. Was uns am meisten gefallen hat ist der Privatstrand, so dass wir den wirklich sehr schönen Pool so gut wie gar nicht nutzten. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir zu Fuß in die Marina gehen konnten. Ein sehr schöner Spaziergang entlang des Yachthafens.

We had a wonderful stay. We were three generations renting the apartment and Dubai Vacation Homes were extremely helpful. They always responded to emails quickly and the whole experience was seamless. The location was just what we wanted. Private beach and pool with a couple of lovely restaurants. Even though it was a bank holiday in Dubai there was no one on the beaches! I can thoroughly recommend the apartment and the company.
