The villa is very good spacious, bright, cozy very stylish and modern excellent equipment, dishes it was a pleasure to stay.

We always book a hotel when we travel and its the first time i had booked an Abnb and it was great! I didnt expect it to be better than a hotel stay it had exceeded all my expectations, from a nice and clean place to peaceful sorrounding and a very responsive host, we got lucky. I would highly recommend this place esp for family with kids.

I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

The place was just beautiful and exactly like how it’s in the pictures. I will definitely be booking this house again. ***Things you must know before booking this villa.*** 1. This place is 40 mins away from the downtown. 2. You must have transportation arranged as no public transportation is available from this area. 3. Careem taxi can be booked. However the ride cost will be high as it’s far from the downtown. 4. Community has Carrefour and food outlets. 5. Talabat / Careem food delivery is available. Once booked 6. Make sure the host has sent the guest registration details to the DAMAC Management team. And you are copied in that email.

“Exceptional stay in the heart of Downtown Dubai!” This Airbnb was an absolute gem! The unit was modern, spotlessly clean, and had breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa right from the building. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to Dubai Mall, the fountains, and some of the best restaurants in the city. It truly felt like a luxury hotel experience with the added comfort of home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.
