I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kym’s Villa. It was 100% better than staying in a hotel as a family group and after busy days sightseeing, it was so lovely to return to super comfy beds, space to socialise together and the comfort of our own space. We all loved our stay and thought the location was perfect - away from the crowds. Space to walk or cycle in the gates area and a fabulous restaurant and supermarket with if a 10min walk. Thank you Kym for your reassurance after booking and lots of messages and always being available. Just sorry we didn’t get the pleasure of meeting you in person.

Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

The apartment is wonderful, clean, bright, stylish. Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant smell, it is no longer there, absolutely clean. The view from the balcony is unforgettable, it deserves to come here! The building is also excellent, we have stayed not for the first time, from here the best views of Dubai Marina open up.

We loved this place. A nice view over the water, in the middle of the Marina but still quite. If you stay longer than a 1-2 nights (like us), consider that the host only provides 1 large towel per person. We ended up buying some extra ones, since we wanted to use the pool and gym. Overall all good!

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

One of the best in JVC, Dubai! ❤️ I like this property so much. It's clean, has a top-notch interior design, complete kitchen equipment, and even salt and pepper is provided. It’s quiet, the neighbours are respectful, and the security and staff are friendly. The amenities include a perfect steam and sauna for men and a gym. Plus, the swimming pool is beautiful. Burj Al-Arab can be seen on the balcony. 🤩You will love this place. The GuestReady team was perfect and always there to help me. Ideal for a long-term or short-term stay. Thank you for this opportunity, Team GueastReady. You made my journey in Dubai extra special. I’ll be back for sure.

My stay was absolutely perfect! Rolando was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed from the start, setting the tone for a great trip. The place itself was amazing—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better, right by the Marina with easy access to everything. It truly exceeded my expectations. I had an unforgettable experience and will definitely book again next time I’m in Dubai. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Nicely furnished flat with all the ammenities you need to live. Great location on the edge of JBR meaning all the action is walkable. Pool is great during the middle of the day, in shadow in the morning and afternoon. Carrefour shop directly below the building meaning its very easy to grab things you need on your way out or in. Great balcony view overlooking the Marina entrance. Some party boats could be noisy later in the evening but no issues. Would live here
