It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

Michael is very responsive and his place and pricing good for money.

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

An unbeatable stay for the price. Room is basic but spacious and clean and provides all the mod cons. Is located in shared villa in quiet neighbourhood. Nihal is very attentive and quick to respond. I had one issue with the shower and it was resolved within a day. The location is away from the centres of activity in Dubai, but is well located for accessing either the Marina or Business Bay/DIFC. You will need a car or be ready to book taxis (via the Careem app) as there is little to speak of beyond staple shops in the neighbourhood.

Very big and roomy room. Clean. Multiple doors to get in and out, so it's safe. The neighborhood is also safe. and things are good and clean.

Amazing place, amazing host. Just try to get one of the big rooms with private bathroom inside the house.

The host is very responsive and proactive the check in experience could be improved but overall very good and the place is peaceful and relaxing

It was a great family vacation on Elsa’s villa! Very calm, quiet and beautiful place, perfect for family rest. The villa is new, well furnished, the heated pool is awesome. Eisa is very friendly and supportive. If you need malls, shops, restaurants and even speciality coffee, you could reach it in 10 mins by car.

If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, this villa is the perfect choice. We were blown away by the amount of space and cleanliness, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The private pool was the cherry on top - we spent so much time just lounging in the water and enjoying the privacy of the villa. We also have to give a shoutout to our host, Ousama, who was so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. You won't regret booking this amazing villa!

Amazing location to the beach and local transport is easy to use too. Clean and tidy villa and definitely worth the money. Just a very easy place to stay in Dubai - highly recommended

This is the second time we have stayed here for our annual “Friendmas!” And the place is great! It’s had some upgrades since last year that make it even better. The pool is amazing, it’s a quiet neighbourhood, the kitchen is great for cooking and Wesam is super friendly and responsive! We will be back 😃

Maison dans un endroit très calme. La maison est très grande avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre très agréable. La piscine chauffée qui s’éclaire la nuit exceptionnel. Je reviendrais à mon prochain passage à dubai
