Very nice and clean Villa. The pics don’t do justice, will be our first choice in Dubai Hills Estate.

I had an amazing stay at a AAS villa in Dubai hosted by Nihal. The property was luxurious, spotless, and perfectly located. Nihal was incredibly welcoming, and his caretakers also put in efforts to make our stay comfortable. From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful recommendations for places to visit, everything was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a top-tier Dubai experience!

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Very peaceful place, kids friendly place with water park, play area and Mohamed was exceptionally helpful with quicker response, local recommendations and flexible with check in and out.

Would book again. The area is still developing and should improve even more over the next years.

I had a wonderful month-long stay at Yaakov’s place. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay. What really made the experience exceptional was Yaakov’s hospitality. He was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to address any requests or questions I had. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort. I’d absolutely love to stay at one of his properties again in the future. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay at Hanene’s apartment. As a host, Hanene is very hands on and does everything she can to provide your every need. At our request, she also arranged for a cleaner. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly (no additional charge) Items that had been damaged/misused by a previous guest were replaced with new. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending either the accommodation or the host.

كل شي جميل واحترافي ونظيف جدا لكن توجد بعض الصعوبة في دخول السيارة للمواقف وذلك بسبب عدم امتلاك بطاقة للموقف اضطر في كل مره اكلم السكيورتي عشان يدخلني - لايوجد سليبر للحمام

Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Bonaire Tower in Dubai Marina! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und exakt wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Besonders beeindruckend war die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon – ein echtes Highlight! Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich direkt vor der Tür, was den Alltag sehr angenehm macht. Der Strand ist etwa 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber der Weg dorthin ist sehr schön und bietet viele Eindrücke von der Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir etwas benötigen – wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Service. Der Check-in mitten in der Nacht verlief völlig problemlos über einen Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, z. B. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Besonders praktisch: ein eigener, sicherer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist inklusive. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
