It was really clean and had everything we needed to make meals! The kitchen was amazing and literally had all the comforts of home, which was so convenient. We didn’t need to stop at the market once. There were welcome treats which were really thoughtful 💕 I loved the furniture, decor and the layout of the space. It was very spacious for our family of 4. The linens were really nice and the beds were on the soft side but very cozy. There is some noise from neighbors, but the earplugs in the nightstands were a helpful addition! The windows are very soundproof though. We’ve stayed at a few places in the Village and everyone in my family loved this place so much we would definitely stay here again!

This place was great. It was a lovely home with enough space for everybody to fit in. The bunk beds upstairs were queen size which made it a lot more comfortable. The amenities were nice and clean. It was two minute drive from the Mammoth mountain and village. Can’t say enough about. Definitely would recommend it and definitely staying here again.

If you know Mammoth you know that making lodging convenient can make the whole trip more enjoyable. The location is ideal. Its very close to canyon lodge yet not too far from all the amenities in town. The condo has epic down valley views that change as the sunlight moves across, glorious morning light pouring in and dramatic light as the sun rakes across the mountains in the evening. . The condo has nice modern appointments and is tastefully designed without losing the charm of the original 1970's architecture. The upper floor has big open beam ceilings with wood paneling and the pellet stove keeps it cozy and charming. The open kitchen plan is perfect for cooking and socializing. Abigail and Brian are lovely and make you feel very welcome which adds to the pleasant experience. Another bonus is the jacuzzi and sauna, I'm a big fan. Thank you guys!!

You could almost call this spot ski in ski out, it’s very close to Canyon Lodge, just a 5 min easy walk to the lifts. Definitely recommend if you want to be close to the mountain in this price point! Plenty of parking, the master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, the couch bed is also comfortable. The bunk beds are more for kids. Nice fireplace, with all of the amenities listed. Patrick is proactive and quick to respond if you have any questions.

Nice condo in a KILLER location. Close enough to all the amenities in town but far enough away that it’s peaceful and relaxing. And still only a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. This upstairs unit was cozy and welcoming and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The layout of the neighborhood made for nice dog walking in a clean, well-kept community. The views of the mountains and a little snowy creek running through the property didn’t hurt! We played with our kids in the snow right out front (and to the side, and behind, and a little ways down the road…there was plenty of clean white snow all over and it hadn’t snowed in days). There were some low grades that we could have sledded down but nothing steep or spectacularly long so we went elsewhere to sled. It’s more of a snowball fight and snowman affair for the kids around here. There are creeks and ponds scattered around the neighborhood so do be careful. 10AM checkout was a little brutal but don’t let that stop you! We’d book again

Herman was a fantastic host and helped us settle into the condo with ease. The kitchen and other amenities made for a great stay, and with walking distance to the slopes - a perfect short get away!

We loved our stay at your condo. Instructions were super-clear, the condo was clean and inviting and host was extremely responsive.

Tracie's place was a fabulous place to call home for a few days of skiing in January. Two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bath, and upstairs is the common space with another full bath. The condo has been recently re-furnished, so all the furniture and decor looks new and is very nice. Kitchen is also remodeled and has new countertops etc. The rest of the condo's infrastructure is more dated -- the shower enclosure looks old but is functional, e.g. Similarly, the heating is not centrally controlled but is instead a series of space heaters in each room (which provide plenty of heat), and a wood pellet heater is the common area that puts out quite a bit of heat. Takes some trial and error to find the right setting for desired temp. Humidifiers are supplied in each room, which was much appreciated. Parking is super convenient with the spaces right outsides the front door. We do not prefer the underground garages where there's a lot of walking to get to your apartment.

We had an amazing stay with our 1 year old twins and 4 year old. The place was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and i enjoyed watching mammoth mountain from the couch sipping a cup of coffee. The place is very cozy and gives a very warm feeling of home. the bedrooms are quite bigger than I expected, Worked out great for us. Our kids enjoyed the place a lot. Highly recommend the place.

This worked perfectly for our group of 9. Pros: We could easily walk to Canyon Lodge (uphill, so a bit hard with gear) or take the shuttle. The kitchen was really well stocked. The fire was nice. We were given two covered parking spaces. Our third car was parked in the excess parking outer lot. Cons: No elevator and on the top floor. The people who stayed in the loft were easily woken up by others, sounds travel easily. Having three bathrooms is ideal, but one is in the master, one is upstairs with the loft, and the third is on the main floor--so the 5 people who stayed on the main floor ended up sharing that one bathroom. We made it work though! Would definitely come back!

We got everything we expected and more. Her place is well equipped with everything you can think of. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the location and felt at home. Highly recommended.

Great stay for families. Awesome space upstairs for kids and adults. So close to the lift you can easily walk. It is pretty much the closest condo to the lift. Also underground parking space was convenient.

The stay was great, and the host just as wonderful. Tracie was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, and checked in to ensure we were enjoying the stay. It’s steps away from the yellow bus route, but we still opted to walk to Eagle lodge for a day on the mountain, as it was less than a mile away! A very pretty and peaceful walk! I would definitely recommend the space to anyone looking!

Walkable to Eagle lift from the condo! Pretty much right across the Eagle parking lot. The place was as described and Karl is very responsive as a host. He was proactive and accommodating. The condo layout is great for a group.

this place exceeded expectations, with a great open feel and comfy chairs and great TV. they had a nice fireplace with lots of woods and quick response from owners for questions. the downstairs beds had hard foam mattresses, but the foam turned soft and supportive in a few minutes. kinda magic. the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and restaurants like Roberto’s are nearby. we left an important school backpack at the condo and owners mailed it to to us right away. the bus to canyon village and main lodge picked up every 20 minutes right outside the complex.

This place was in a prime location for ski in/out at eagle lodge - the convenience is unmatched. Also a very clean and cute place with large living room which was great for hanging out with our crew after a day on the mountain. Jacuzzi and pool were also incredible amenities. Covered garage with two parking spots and security garage door gave us peace of mind. We will definitely be returning!

This property is absolutely fantastic! It was perfectly appointed to the last detail for our skiing get away. Everything was new, clean, working and contemporary. I did not even think about it not being my own place. What an excellent stay! The location to everything is choice. Can’t say enough about the attention to detail. 5-1/2 out of five stars for me.

Great location! Quick walk to Canyon Lodge and slopes. Very sweet , charming, and clean condo. The GARAGE was key!! (So useful, and rare Mammoth). No neighbors above us to be stomping around. Very quiet and warm. You can see that a lot of love went into the place and we were very appreciative to be staying there. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Erin.

Unmet and Melissa were gracious hosts. They were very communicative and hospitable. their Airbnb was exactly as described. It was quiet, comfy, and had all the amenities you would need. It was just a wonderful stay. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great price for this location, 10 mins walk to the village gondola. Good size and had all required amenities. Easy communication with host.
