Absolutely beautiful home with breathtaking views! Woke up to the ocean right outside of the front window. Our stay was so peaceful from start to finish. Landon and Evie really know how to make you feel at home. The inside was decorated beautifully and the attention to detail was incredible… from the complimentary bottle of wine to the robes to the bodyboards. The location was perfect. A short walk to all the restaurants and cute shops in town. If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, this is it! We can’t wait to come back!

This place is incredible! From the minute you walk in the views are breathtaking! All the amenities needed to basically….never leave :) Being on the lake was very peaceful and you felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and sheets super soft. Lots of extras provided to make your stay extremely enjoyable. We loved the space and chilly nights with a bonfire on the beach. We took the boat and my husband caught a lot of fish too. A lot of upgrades and care have been invested in this property as well. We can’t wait to go back and stay again. Great deli around the corner and love Eaton’s Beach restaurant. Trust me when I tell you look no further….you have arrived! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Fantastic place to stay for a month! Kitchen had everything you need. Washer and dryer were in great condition. Good wifi for working. Bathrooms well stocked with towels etc. We highly recommend!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for during the 5 days we stayed here. The location of the Airbnb made it easy to get on the highway to Disney parks and other area attractions. Despite it being a busy area for traffic, there was a sidewalk that led to a walking path up the street, which was a great way to start my mornings. In addition, the back patio area and the lounge chairs by the water were secluded and private enough to provide our own oasis. Thijs was responsive, provided clear communication and attended to any concerns we had!

Thad was responsive through email. He sent me video on how to use the smart lock which was very helpful since I’ve never used one! We had a change in plans and got an extra night stay with no problem. The photos are exactly as the house is. It’s a very nice home and the books he had for us to look at about the home and the area were helpful with alittle comedy too. I’d stay there again the area was very nice and we felt safe with no problem!

This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!

Sue was a terrific communicator. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer. The home was as described and very clean. Thanks for hosting us.

Our stay at Krater Key was great! Quiet and peaceful, clean and comfortable. Would recommend or visit again!
