Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

We can't say enough about the apartment. It is so attractive, and we loved the white-on-white palette. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There's a great shower, plenty of new bath and bed linens and LOTS of extra touches, e.g., velvet coat hangers (dozens of them). Everything is clearly and neatly described/labeled. And very importantly, everything is so clean! The beach, with miles of private shoreline, is fabulous and only a very short walk away. It was wonderful to start each day watching the sun rise over the ocean. Victoria was very responsive. She has created a gem of a get-away.

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The condo is decorated immaculately. It’s is extremely comfortable. The condo is located in a hotel located directly on singer beach. It is extremely convenient for a walk to the beach vacation with the option to have hotel amenities. The best of both worlds. The hotel has a restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner a smoothie and espresso/coffee bar. Anything we needed we called the hotel and they ran it up to us even though we were in an Airbnb. What you will not get by renting this place : a cute neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Places to walk and shopping nearby. The restaurant is always dead and there’s not much buzz happening in the hotel, they’re still trying to find their footing by creating a brand and identity. But the food is very good although insanely expensive. Pros : you’re only 15 minutes away from Palm Beach with all the insane shopping and food you need.

If you are a scuba diver, or wanting to become a scuba diver… then this is a great place for you. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Just a little bit further walk and you’re standing on the beach in the ocean. We chose this place because it was extraordinarily close to the Blue Heron Bridge. Also known as Phil Foster Park which just a couple of blocks away. A great place for scuba diving. Dive shops are very close. And this place is only minutes away from Riviera Marina. Again, more scuba diving boats and expeditions. We will be back.

the unit looks brand new, super clean I was really impressed with how new it looked. It was cozy and its only a mile away from the beach. I stayed here for my clinicals, so its not far from my clinicals. I would say its 15-20 min from my school if you're not taking the freeway. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

We had high hopes for this unit and we were not disappointed. It was recently renovated and refurnished. The place was just as the described and looks even nicer than the photos and feels homey. It is very well lit facing South. The unit is very well equipped with umbrella, beach chairs and towels, lots of hangers., baskets in drawers to sort out your personnal products in the bathroom. The kitchen also has what you need to conveniently cook meals. Dishes and cutlery are nice and in good condition. It is obvious that a lot of attention to details went into preparing the unit. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Heated pool and pickleball courts are just across from the units. Paddles can be rented at the recreation center for 2$. We also took advantage of the 9-hole executive golf course which is surprisingly well maintained. Carolina and JC were very attentive and responded to our inquiries very rapidly. We are considering renting again… that says it all!

This apartment is a gem! Deborah’s space is just like the pictures, super cozy, well equipped and has a prime location. Attention to details in the decoration like flowers and signs made us feel at home. The beach kit came in handy and made our trips to the beach easier and comfortable. The club area is great for walking and the pool came super in handy during summertime. All instructions were super clear and made our stay seamless. Both check-in and check-out procedures were easy and quick to comply with. Parking was also easy to manage with the permit and dedicated spots for visitors. As for Deborah, she is an amazing host. Super proactive and kind. She was always easy to reach and helped us with any doubts we had. She also left us a guide with some suggestions of what to do in the neighborhood which came super in hand! Would definitely recommend her space to anyone and love to come back!

Our family had a great time at this ABNB. It was a very nice, clean, and very well organized home. The location was also amazing. It was peaceful with stunning views and had excellent amenities such as the pool, tennis and others. Alicia is a great host and was very responsive.

Merle was an amazing host, we will definitely be back. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for and her flexibility was so helpful. She was always a quick responder and truly a great host!

Anca & Villy were great hosts! They were very friendly and always responded quickly with any question we had. The apartment was as described, super clean and inviting! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend for anyone else!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described in the listing and nicely decorated and had everything in it you would need to cook if you would like. You can be as active as you would like. They have yoga and exercise classes and the pools were nice and warm and golf for those that golf. The gym was very nice and all new. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Patrice's place and woud stay again.

Stunning views and wonderful Ritz Carlton amenities and service at this property. Very comfortable and quiet condominium set up….and it was awesome even with lousy weather!

A gem of a place in a beautiful old school building. Best location, super close to the beach and restaurants. Sierra provides you with beach chairs and umbrella which are a game changer. She made our stay easy and accommodating for us. We will definitely come back.

Collette’s place was absolutely amazing, she had all the comforts of home and more including beach chairs, towel, Umbrella and even sunscreen. There was also a grill which was nice on the few nights we ate in! The house is absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed Jammin Jenson every Thursday night!!

Great house, beautiful pool and outdoor setup! The house came fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, pack n play and high chair for families traveling with little ones. Would definitely come back!

Russell was very responsive to questions. The house was all he had listed & more. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the house and location was perfect for us. Close to the gas station and stores. House had everything we needed. The only thing we needed to buy was some laundry detergent, but only because we did laundry a few times that week. Even had beach accessories: 2 umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, beach bag, 2 sand buckets for the kids, sand toys, and 2 coolers we could use too. Beds were very comfy! The outside deck and pool area was fantastic! There was a manual at the home explaining how to run everything, including the spa. TVs in every room and they all worked great! The check out process was a breeze! Very minimal requirements when we left. If we were to ever come back to the area, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect for our kids too. We all loved it! We had 6 adults and 3 kids stay here and there was plenty of room! The kids really enjoyed the pool table, Karaoke machine, video games! Also had lots of options for board games. One of the best we have ever stayed at!

What a great stay! This house was perfect for our group. The pool and outside area was one of our favorite parts of the house, as well as the pool table and corn hole boards. Two of the days during our stay were rainy so it was really nice to have something to do other than watch TV. The master bedroom is really comfortable and the other two rooms are, as well, though on the smaller end. The kitchen and dining areas are a little tight, space-wise, but absolutely not a problem for us! The house is set up to maximize seating, sleeping, and amenities, which is awesome. Plenty of room for two families with small children. Laundry on site and a dishwasher are really fantastic features. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This was our second year staying here. It's in a great area and we walked to the park every day. The pool and outside living is a plus. Brooke was super cool about accommodating our requests and respectful of my wish list for my allergies. I am very sensitive to mold and dust and had zero issues. She made sure the outside was picked up after some windy days. The driveway is large and easy to park. About a 20 minute drive to various beaches and more restaurants/shopping.
