la zona estaba muy tranquila,segura y agradable, la casa está como se muestra en las fotos, Rosalía es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente.

La casa se encuentra en una ubicación fácil de llegar, es amplia y cómoda para todos los que viajamos, la alberca se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones, recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Sergio was very quick on getting back to me with questions. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top at night for some great views. The house was clean and looked as advertised. Definitely worth staying!

We loved our stay at Andrea’s casa. As others have mentioned the space is filled with art and the home itself is a work of art too. Andrea’s home features a lot of old world charm, vibrant colors, and unique furniture. The rooftop garden offers beautiful views of the historic center. Her home is close to great restaurants and cafes. Andrea was great with communication and always was responsive when we had questions or needed advice. It was a wonderful stay!

Tiene una alberca muy bien ubicada, pues le da el sol casi todo el día. Es una casa muy amplia con cuatro cuartos. Agradezco las atenciones de Sue.

Logement très bien situé, à proximité de tout, restaurants, parc, sites historiques. Petit mais très agréable, cuisine bien équipée, lit confortable. Mariana répond vite et nous met à l'aise.

El Departamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, no hace falta nada. Lugar seguro, esta como a 20 min caminando del centro. La coordinación con Ana y su pronta respuesta increíbles. Muy recomendable.

Christina’s place looks just like the pictures! she was very responsive, the beds were super comfortable and the airbnb is in the perfect destination (not too far but still near a ton of restaurants and cafes). We had a minor issue with a water pipe breaking but Christina was quick to address and resolve the issue for us.

Hugo is super friendly and helpful. Prior our trip, he has been sending messages to us to for local recommendations, activities, and offer us help. His place is a lot prettier, more spacious and more amazing as the pictures show. It has two big terrace areas. We took many pictures inside the Airbnb, because it is so gorgeous! We arrived really late on the day, but his assistant Jose stayed late to help us check in. Jose was patient and guided us through the house, helps us move our luggage. Hugo was a big helper for helping us arranged ride from Mexico City to San Miguel. Thank you so much, we truly enjoyed our stay!

This is easily one of the most beautiful spaces we have ever stayed in…and we have traveled and used Airbnb extensively. It’s is extremely well appointed, chic and comfortable. Beautiful and unique. Very well located. Stacey was a friendly and attentive host.

When we came in late at night we were greeted by the owners and fresh flowers. The place was clean and cozy and there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us. We loved the privacy of the outside courtyard, enjoyed having our morning tea and breakfast there. We would rent from Salvador again.

El alojamiento fue agradable y tranquilo, se encontraba en medio del bosque. Se podía bajar y subir caminando al centro de San Miguel de Allende.

Staying at Jorge’s Airbnb was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from town, making it super convenient to explore restaurants, shops, and attractions while still feeling like a private retreat. And speaking of privacy, the property is wonderfully secluded, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool was definitely a highlight! It was immaculate and the perfect place to unwind. If you’re considering heating the pool, do it—it made such a difference and was absolutely worth it! The entire place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, private getaway with top-notch service and an unbeatable location, this is the place. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

Wonderful host, very communicative and quick responding, made the arrival at the private security gate quick and easy. Beautiful home, great outdoor living space on the bottom and third floors, within a very well kept, peaceful community, outside the bustle. Enjoyed it, thank you.

We didn’t know much about Villas Xichu when we booked it — it just seemed to be a convenient and reasonably priced higher-end accommodation. But Gloria was extremely friendly and communicative from the word “go”, checking in with us frequently as our stay approached. When we finally arrived (while Gloria herself was abroad), the staff welcomed us right away, and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn we had been upgraded to the nuptial suite. This was a significant upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of SMA, amazing decor and many thoughtful amenities. Gloria continued to check in how we were finding things, made us feel right at home and part of the Villas Xichu family! I heartily recommend and can’t wait to return!

Un lugar muy tranquilo, privado, con seguridad, la casa grande, linda, cómoda, Las recámaras muy bien, el jardín grande, la pasamos muy bien, muy agusto en familia. Si. Duda regresaba!

Súper casa bien localizada, encuentras todo alrededor, encuentras todo dentro de la casa. Excelente para momentos familiares, jardín delicioso ora disfrutar leyendo tomando café encuentras la mañana. Felicidades!
