Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отзывчивый, гостеприимный хозяин. Все понравилось. P.S. Берите с собой непрозрачный скотч) В коридоре свет работает от датчика движения без возможности отключения этой функции , это может создать небольшой дискомфорт. P.P.S. При заселении в несколько человек, учтите что горячей воды в бойлере на всех может не хватить. В целом всё хорошо.

Снова мы с подругой отдыхали в этой квартире, а всё потому, что распробовали локацию, и она нам очень понравилась. В лесу полным-полно черники. В четверг - рыбный день в музее под открытым небом - дегустация и ярмарка в одном флаконе. Вечером - шикарный закат на пляже. Ночью в квартире тихо. Заселение и наше пребывание прошло без проблем. Наверняка мы еще вернемся!

Great stop for my dog and myself while on a long road trip. The forest area and beach just down the road is stunning! Very quiet, and I found the bed very comfortable - so comfortable I ended up sleeping in! Has everything you would need.

The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures. It was clean and Aija is really nice and the communication with her was perfect... I spent one month there and I felt at home.

Très bon accueil, avec de grands sourires et humour de la part inara (communication possible uniquement par traducteur téléphone ) En ce qui concerne le logement il est difficile de le considérer comme un appartement car l entrée se fait par la pièce principale qui est la chambre. Petite cuisine avec le stricte minimum de vaisselle pour 2. Pas de coin salon. Sdb/toilette indépendant et spacieux. Bonne literie. Logement propre. Extérieur est magnifique avec son jardin fleuri et sa table pour prendre un verre ou se détendre sur les transats. L accès au centre ville de RĪGA se fait très aisément en train (2€), 10mn à pied de chez Inara. Idem pour la plage 20mn à pied ou 5 mn à vélo mis à disposition Attention taxe d entrée en voiture sur la commune de Jūrmala 3€ pour 24 H, paiement uniquement sur des bornes.

Прекрасное расположение, шаговая доступность от общественного транспорта, удобная парковка. Дом очень тихий и тёплый. Подробная инструкция по заселению, отличная коммуникация с владельцем. Всё необходимое для проживания и очень аккуратно внутри. Превосходный опыт, настоятельно рекомендую.

wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der wunderschöne Strand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Anbindung an die Bahn.

Logement très agréable, tout est propre. Sauna très agréable. Barbecue fonctionnel. Hôte réactive, arrivée flexible. Nous sommes venus en hiver donc nous avions les fenêtres fermées et le train ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé.

Очень уютный домик. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Свой участок двора, что для нас очень важно, так как мы любим барбекю. Тихий район, рядом был хороший продуктовый магазинчик. До центральной улицы Юрмалы пешком 15 минут, к морю минут 20.

Comfy house near the sea. Close to grocery shop. Very peaceful. Sauna was a great addition.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, ruhige Lage und sehr entspannend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wir haben absolute private Sphäre, Haus in Top Zustand und natürlich die Krönung ein liebevoller Hund, in dem wir alle uns verliebt haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank für tolle Zeit.

Het huis was uitstekend gelegen, mooi aan de rivier, zee/strand per auto goed te bereiken, prachtig natuurpark Kemeru in de omgeving, rustige en gezellige ligging aan de oever van de rivier; al met al voldeed het volledig aan onze behoefte van een rustpunt tijdens onze treinreis door de Baltische staten. En Riga is een bijzondere stad, erg de moeite waard.

The interior of the house is cozy and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, great coffee machine. Spacious living room and 2 bedrooms. Large terrace where you can eat your meals. Fast internet. Very nice, warm, cordial and helpful landlady.. Large garden with a swing. Close to the sea, shop and Armenian restaurant. I recommend this apartment.

Rita and Andis are extremly helpful and sympathic hosts. we loved every second in there absolute beautiful place. Nature,Wellness, Silence and near to the City and the Beach... everything was simply lovely

Anna is a great host, always responsive, nice and friendly, she even had some good recommendation. The place itself is nice, modern, clean in a peaceful location and with all the amenities listed. Being in a bit of a remote location, it has it's drawbacks. First shocker was, that we couldn't flush anything other than waste, not even toilet paper. Water itself has very poor pressure and a certain aroma, because it's supplied from deep underground, but is safe to drink. This is due to the area being in national Park, so that's something you should keep in mind. Also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so pack some bug spray. (though I'm sure Anna would get you one if you asked) In conclusion, if you don't mind that, this place is wonderful and Anna is truly a superhost

Уютная просторная квартира с 2мя санузлами, что очень удобно. Современная отделка распологает к себе. До моря 10-15 мин пешком. Во дворе для детей батут и детская площадка. Вообще во дворе много детей, которые с удовольствеим играют друг с другом. Но при этом не шумно. Подземный паркинг и место для велосипедов. Спокойный отдых обеспечен, нам понравилось. Но для длительного отдыха просто необходимо авто

This nice apartment was very clean and tidy. Good beds and everything we needed. Perfect for our family. Amber replied quickly and aleays helpfull and polite. Walking distance to the beach and Jomas street with plenty of restaurants. Our best recommendations.

Благодарим за чудесный прием . Нельзя не отметить чистую постель и полотенца , которые приятно пахли . В этой квартире действительно чувствуешь себя, как дома ! Чего стоить выпить вкусный кофе из кофе-машины утром ! На кухне есть все необходимое для готовки ! Соль, сахар, МАСЛО ! чай кофе, специи и многое другое . Так же порадовала посудомоечная машина и наличие капсул для нее !Приятно , что нашли стиральный порошок и смогли выстирать вещи после долгой поездки ! Так же в ванной имеются все необходимые принадлежности такие как гель , шампунь и т.д. Всё выше перечисленное Редкие явления для съемных квартир , исходя из нашего опыта ) Единственный момент -это хотелось бы подтянуть немного чистоту , но эти мелкие недочеты не испортили нам впечатление ! Несмотря на плохую и переменчивую погоду в Юрмале , в квартире находиться одно удовольствие ! Спасибо Вам , за комфорт и уют в доме !

Excellent location and a really beautiful apartment, looks just like the photos. Quick walk to old town. There is a park and a tennis club right next to the building, which was a plus for me. The host was very friendly and responding quickly. Apartment has a good and quite AC unit, which was very useful as the weather was surprisingly hot in Riga during that week. Overall, excellent stay!

A cozy 1-bedroom flat with everything you need for a stay ranging from a day to a few weeks. The free, secure parking was a great bonus. We visited in winter, and the accommodation was wonderfully warm and comfortable. We’ll definitely return next time!

Die Wohnung ist groß und passt ideal für die Familie. Die Lage ist perfekt für lange Spaziergänge. Pinienwald ist nur 50 m entfernt. Das Meer ist durch den Wald zu erreichen.

Me and my family stayed in this apartment and it was amazing. Raitis left out clear instructions for the WiFi ,local restaurants. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. Felt like I was at home . Shops was near by and good transport links. The host was helpful and answered any questions I had. I really recommend this apartment for any families. Thank you for letting us stay :)
