Great stay at Dmitrijs' apartment! Perfect location just a minute from the seaside, clean and comfortable. Dmitrijs was a responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

We will have very happy memories of this stay, it started with a very pleasant and unexpected surprise at the welcome, I will not write what kind of surprise, because maybe the surprise is adapted to the arriving guests. Antra took care of every aspect of our expectations during our stay, the rooms nicely decorated, the bathroom in the old style, which suited us because they were very functional, clean everywhere. Close to the beach, a shortcut of about 3 minutes. Nice starting point for the bikes we had with us. Sharing the kitchen (fully equipped) was not at all problematic, and again a surprise at the end, this time with home-made product:) I have not mentioned the very interesting conversations with Antra, not only about what to see in the area, or in Riga, which, thanks to the train connection and the possibility of taking the bikes there, was an unforgettable experience. Many thanks once again!

Condition: The apartment is in excellent condition, almost like new. Amenities: Unfortunately, there are no additional amenities such as a gym or pool. Management: The management is very responsive and helpful, which made my stay much more comfortable. Noise Level: The noise level is typical for an apartment, nothing out of the ordinary. Safety: Despite being on the ground floor, I felt safe both in the apartment and in the surrounding area.

Our stay at Egons’ place was a peaceful, nature-filled experience! From the forest surrounding the little settlement, to the beach of the Gulf of Riga literally 100 meters away from the property - it was great for nature lovers. Egons was very friendly and responsive, and had an interesting story about his place - just talk to him :) Unfortunately during our stay there was a mosquito plague going on so we couldn’t properly enjoy the garden and the outside amenities- but l I’m sure they are great! Only downside would be that it is somewhat remote - an hour by bus from Riga - and the bus stops going at around 20:00. However, some advance planning or using Bolt should get you going ;) Well recommend visiting Egons’ cozy wooden house in the forest - you live close to the family and you feel the warmth! Thank you, Egons and the fam, we would love to stay again sometime!

Главный вопрос - вернулись бы? Однозначный ответ - да! Очень хорошее расположение, квартира на 3-ем этаже, окна выходят во двор с видом на лес. До моря - 3 минуты. Буквально за дюнами. Квартира чистая и в отличном состоянии. Мебель/посуда/ремонт - всё свежее. Процесс букинга и общение с хостом - без нареканий, инструкции были чёткие, нашли легко и быстро заселились.

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Отличное месторасположение. Владелец очень отзывчив, вся предоставленная информация была понятна и полезна. С удовольствием посетим это жилье в будущем.

Прекрасное расположение, шаговая доступность от общественного транспорта, удобная парковка. Дом очень тихий и тёплый. Подробная инструкция по заселению, отличная коммуникация с владельцем. Всё необходимое для проживания и очень аккуратно внутри. Превосходный опыт, настоятельно рекомендую.

Die Wohnung war insgesamt eine gute Wahl für unseren Urlaub. Die Lage war fantastisch, mit dem Strand und dem Wald direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Bahnhof war gut zu Fuß erreichbar (15min). Nur die touristische Straße Jomas war etwas weit entfernt(25min), dafür gab es aber ein gutes Carsharing und Escooter Angebot in dem Ort womit man schnell dort war. Der Check-in war sehr leicht und die Anweisungen dafür vom Vermieter waren sehr klar. Die Einrichtung war hochwertig, das Bett und Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig, es gab keine unnötigen Sachen. Von den Grundlegenden Sachen hätte es aber etwas mehr geben können. Zum Beispiel war der Pfeffer und das Öl so gut wie leer, als wir ankamen. Einzig die Handtücher waren leider ein Problem. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und brachte uns direkt am nächsten Morgen neue Handtücher. Leider hatten diese aber den selben unangenehmen Geruch. Die Bettwäsche hatte zum Glück frisch gerochen. Alles in allem war alles super.

Vēlreiz un vēlreiz liels paldies par šo skaisto vietu, ko esat izveidojusi! Viss ir tik plašs, skaists un pārdomāts. Viss tīrs un gaišs, dzīvoklī ir viss nepieciešamais. Ārkārtīgi skaisti un mājīgi iekārtots, labprāt tur paliktu vēl un vēl! :) Saimniece Inese ir ļoti jauka, laipna un pretimnākoša, kā arī ļoti viesmīlīga. Sagaidīja mūs ar saldiem gardumiņiem, par ko arī liels paldies! Kopumā tiešām viss bija lieliski, un ļoti gribētos ar ģimeni tur atgriezties vairākkārt! :))

Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Mein persönliches Highlight war der Besuch der Vögel auf dem Balkon morgens und die schöne Aussicht aus den Fenstern 😍🍂 Liudmila war sehr freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet. In der Wohnung wurde mir alles bereit gestellt was ich zum Wohlfühlen gebraucht habe. Vielen Dank !

Ett vackert jugendhus med en intressant historia som ägarna vill återställa, ta till vara och berätta om. Ett varmt välkomnande och en avslappnad stämning. Boendet är enkelt men vackert och omsorgsfullt inrett. Spännande och minnesvärd plats för barn och vuxna.

Highly recommend this apartment to family or a couple. Everything was super clean, if you care about spotless environment this apartment won’t disappoint you. Everything was well thought out, things were left to keep the apartment clean as you stay. Very comfortable, beautiful and moser design. We loved it.
