Lovely, spacious and clean apartment in quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend. Apartment number 8 was in the first floor equipped with everything you need in short term or longer stay. There is an elevator in the building but you still have to use few stairs since the elevator is in "between" the floors. Small balcony in the second bedroom. Parking according availability in fenced inner yard (extra charge). EuroPark parking place also in the neighbouring lot. Small grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and Origo shopping center within walking distance. Also the Old Town within walking distance. Host (Ilze) was really helpful and answered quicly to all messages.

Julia is a wonderful host! It was my first time using airbnb and she made it very pleasant and comfortable. I would strongly recommend her to other guests. The apartment was very clean, the apartment building was almost like a museum (Style Art Nouveau) and Julia was always so helpful and caring. Loved it.

We were very pleased staying at this apartment for five nights. It's in a lovely, centrally located neighborhood which is walkable to the Old Town and many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The apartment is pretty spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The apartment also included the listed amenities as described and as in the photos. The host was very nice getting us settled and responding to any questions. The host also helped us find and secure parking which was a big help. We'd definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers to Riga, including families.

Ilze was a fantastic host; she was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Ilze replied to my messages within 5 minutes, and she also let us check out late as our flight was late in the evening! The apartment is very modern and well kept. The facilities available in this apartment are more than most: body scales, umbrella, hair drier, ironing board + iron, coffee maker, etc. The two toilets are great if more than one person is staying here and the main bathroom has a very nice bath! The terrace itself is sizeable, with multiple deck chairs facing the sun and a great view of one of the churches in Rīga.

Katy’s apartment is a great stay. There is plenty of places to visit in the nearby area and transport options a walkable distance away too. The apartment itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was a nice and clean apartment. Location was also good. There was some trouble in checkin but it was resolved quickly. I would really recommend it.

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. It was so bright and thoughtfully furnished, and a really well-designed flat. The furniture was comfortably great and it was a peaceful place to chill out. We spent a week in Riga and the surrounding area, and although we were out much of the time, the flat was a welcoming sanctuary at the end of the night and we slept very peacefully. It is quite an easy stroll from the 22 bus (under 10 minutes) and we did get a 5 day tram/bus pass, but barely used it as everywhere is pretty walkable from the flat. Found some lovely bars further out and didn't venture into the old town much, so we will have to return to explore more. The parks were great and plentiful. We caught the train to the beach and the wonderful long boat back along the beautiful river. We also caught the train to the forest one day and did a walk there. Loved Riga and this is a perfect base.

This was one of the most elegant and well designed places that I’ve stayed! Everything that you would expect from a luxury apartment and even more! Every detail felt like it was thought through and was in the very right spot. I’ve had some real quality time here and didn’t want to leave, even though the view from terrace was inviting me for a walk. A big thank you to the wonderful hosts! Highly recommend this place for any occasion.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is great with convenient parking right outside, which made things super easy. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Riga is a beautiful city, and this apartment made my visit even better. Highly recommended!

Очень классная, комфортная, стильная, чистая квартира🫰 Отзывчивый хозяин, который всегда на связи🙌 Расположение квартиры, прекрасное. Район замечательный, дом и территория супер) Терраса и балкон - огромный плюс для проживания летом, но и зимой мы ходили с дочкой дышать воздухом на террасу. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кухня укомплектована полностью) Я с большим удовольствием еще раз остановлюсь в следующий приезд в Латвию). Жили мы больше месяца в квартире😊

Мы снимали комнату в двухкомнатной квартире. Все понравилось. Тепло, чисто, опрятно. В кухне есть все необходимое: посуда, плита, микроволновка. Есть стиральная машина, фен, утюг. Предоставлялись полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа. Очень приятные хозяева, всегда помогут, если есть какие-то проблемы. Хозяйка подробно рассказала, как найти кафе, магазины, остановки общественного транспорта, музеи. Дом находится в 20 минутах пешком от ж\д вокзала.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was incredibly cozy and spotless. The attention to cleanliness made me feel right at home, and the comfortable furnishings added to the overall warm atmosphere. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Mein persönliches Highlight war der Besuch der Vögel auf dem Balkon morgens und die schöne Aussicht aus den Fenstern 😍🍂 Liudmila war sehr freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet. In der Wohnung wurde mir alles bereit gestellt was ich zum Wohlfühlen gebraucht habe. Vielen Dank !
