We felt right at home in this beautiful cozy place. The bedroom was spacious and clean With its own washroom. We loved the garden and the hammocks. The house was in a great location. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely be back and we certainly recommend this place. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

This little cabin is beautiful and so worth the long drive to relax and enjoy such peace and wilderness. During the day on Sunday the locals families gather at the lake. We felt like we had an authentic experience of their music and conversation as we sat around our own secluded fire watching the sunset and the night sky. The beds are comfortable and the little bathroom was nice to have, a few time we had to fill the tank with water to flush the toilet, but as long as you are adaptable you will love it here. Definately bring everything you would take if you were camping in the wilderness in a tent. The plus is you get to sleep in a darling cabin, warm and cozy, but bring your own blankets. You wake to the sound of birds and the breeze and you sleep after star gazing, it's an amazing experience... one I never imagined I'd find in Guatemala. Definately take the longer paved road, we have a 4x4 2024 pickup and we enjoyed the paved road drive home after arriving via the dirt road. ENJOY!!!
