Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! We are in our early 70's and appreciated the spacious walk in shower with grab bars. Generous breakfasts with yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, croissants, hard boiled eggs, and OJ. We ate outside every morning. It is on a busy road but very little road noise. You can hear them playing Reveille every morning at 8am at the marine base but you have to listen for it! We elected to drive to a different beach every day that has bathrooms so never tried to walk to "their" beach. They do provide beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, bikes, boats, beach towels, and a clothes line to hang your wet bathing suits. The Safeway across the street is super convenient. Comfortable bed, AC works great, good lighting, lots of hangers in the closet. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again next year!

Beautiful location close to everything! Beds were very comfortable and shower was nice. Spacious and great views. Would love to go back and stay again!

Die Wohnung war perfekt für 2 Nächte in Waikiki. Wir konnten alles in Waikiki zu Fuß erreichen, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Alles war wie beschrieben. Checkin hat super geklappt! Da unser Flug erst abends ging, haben wir unser Gepäck bei einer Aufbewahrung im gleichen Gebäude abgegeben. Das hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I don't think we could have found a better place or location at such a reasonable rate for Waikiki! Janet's condominium was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Janet graciously allowed us to check-in early because the unit was available, and she is very attentive to let you know how to contact her if the need arises. The security system in place for the elevators and individual units was excellent, and I appreciated the information and amenities provided to enhance our experience. The unit is ideally located a few short blocks to the beach, and within a few minute walk to every restaurant and shopping experience you can imagine! It is also very convenient to book tours because pick-up places are minutes away. We left Hawaii with many great memories, and I would love to return and stay here again. Mahalo.

We loved our stay here! It was a central location that allowed us to walk to the beach, shops, and dine at fabulous restaurants. We loved it.

The place was right on a good section of beach. For a solo trip it was perfect. Everything is right there! For two people I think it would be a little cramped, personally, depending on the relationship. If you pay for parking at the zoo with a card and give your phone number they will text you with up to 960 hour extension.)

We were first time visitors to Hawaii. I enjoyed this location as it was a little bit on the end of the really crazy busy area of Waikiki strip, especially if you’re driving a rental car! Back lane is busy and parkade down below is small as they do say use caution. I enjoyed the extras such as the laundry detergent, coffee and and tea. My only complaint is the table on the patio is a little high which was not the most comfortable for sitting outside/ getting up and down (vertically challenged). We did go on rooftop patio which was quite nice. Thank you!

Mike and Nicky were very nice and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and helpful tips about local restaurants. The home was very clean and has all you would need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Beautiful place with amazing views! Was a low key area, so very quiet in the evenings and mornings. Never felt crowded. The pool area is pretty small so chairs can be a little hard to come by. Place had all the beach items we needed including chairs (none on the beach unless pay through a vendor, also no personal umbrellas allowed), beach toys, cooler, and wagon. Washer and dryer was great to have in room. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook meals in room and on the grill. Family had an amazing week, thank you!

Harmoni was responsive to inquiries and her listing is as described. Across the road from Waikiki beach on one side and the Honolulu Zoo and park on the other side. Enjoyed walking the park and beach in the mornings before our area sightseeing. Ideal location for sure!

Incredible views and lots to do in the area! The place had plenty of space for 6 adults and it was nice having the kitchen. Would recommend!!

Our experience was above and beyond anything we have encountered before. Our questions were answered promptly. Our requests were considered and accommodated if possible. Alternative solutions were suggested if our requests could be met in a different way. The staff at the Beach Villas were outstanding especially Sherry and Neal. Our special celebration with family was an exceptional and memorable event thanks to Gabriel and the staff at the Beach Villas. We can’t thank you enough!

Sunny is a really responsible owner. He replies us very quick. Everything is what the pictures shows. It is a clean, cozy, convenient apartment with amazing ocean view. Another big help is the free parking. We don't need to worry about the finding parking on Waikiki street. We had a wonderful stay there!

This was the perfect place to get away for a few nights. The construction noise during our stay was minimal (Thurs-Mon) and otherwise the building is very quiet. There is now a queen bed in the main living area instead of the blue couch in pictures, and this actually worked out perfectly for us as we slept there with the sound of the waves instead of the dark back bedroom. The little beach is perfect and private. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Shane met us in the lobby and assisted us with taking our luggage and groceries to the room. From there- our week in paradise began! This place made a perfect family vacation possible. There were six adults, one child. (2 couples had their own bedroom and 2 brothers and one of their kids had the 3rd bedroom). There were three bathrooms, so we all had our own, which was exactly what I was looking for!! Amazing views of the ocean and the pool- right from the balcony. They provided water accessories, beach towels, umbrella, snorkel equipment, with a wagon to transport it! It’s like everything we thought about was there for our use and enjoyment! The kitchen was well equipped, with cooking and eating utensils, so we were able to cook and share a family meal at least once a day!

Extremely clean, cozy and amazing location! Bija was incredibly kind and helpful making our stay in Hale’iwa an amazing experience. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to come back. Tip - definitely need a car for this location but everything is a quick 1-2 miles drive away and parking is easy when going to town.

We are repeat visitors - says alot!! Love the location, the space, the view...love it all. Wouldnt stay any other place on Oahu or the North Shore. The bungalow had everything we needed, beach chairs were a big plus. William was very responsive with any issue we had.

Denice's place was exactly as described and looked just like the listing photos. She and her team were very proactive in providing necessary instructions for check-in and check-out. They were very responsive when we had questions and provided solutions promptly. The unit was set up with a high-chair, a pack-n-play and the twin beds in one of the bedrooms were set up exactly the way I had requested. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, a cooler and snorkeling gear for our use. Neighbors were respectful, quiet and we felt very relaxed having the unit as our home base. One thing to note is that the curtains are not blackout. But who needs sleeping in when you're in such a beautiful place to explore? It was a lovely stay and we will absolutely stay here again!

This home is beautiful and a five minute walk from a beach with clear waters. It is a little remote but if you’re willing to drive a little there are tons of activities in the north shore! Amanda is also a friendly host!

Barbara was a responsive host. Beautiful views/sunsets. Clean condo. Private beach for the resort. Used the beach chairs and umbrella. Ideally for a beach holiday. Took some time to drive to the other coasts. Had to pass Honolulu.

This condo was AMAZING! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The lanai was our favorite part; it looks out over the quiet pool and you can see the lagoon, palm trees, and the Pacific Ocean. Ahhhhhhhhhh. We started and ended each day on the lanai. The hosts were very gracious and met us at the check-in desk, helped unload our bags and took them to the condo on a luggage cart. This was very much appreciated after a long and delayed flight from the mainland. They truly Live Aloha. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals, and the beds were very comfortable, especially after a long day exploring O’ahu. The quiet pool and the lagoon pool were perfect for swimming, and the condo is a short walk to the lagoon. The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels. This was the perfect place for our Hawaiian holiday, and we already miss it.
