This is one of favorite Air BnBs. Communication was smooth from the start. Kelvin is a gracious host - polite, friendly and respectful at all times. The house is equipped for a comfortable stay and even has beach chairs and an umbrella to use during the stay. Thank you for making this a memorable visit. We would’ve loved to stay longer!

We immediately felt at home. The attention to detail was exceptional, with everything thoughtfully provided—coffee, tea, milk, water in the fridge, beach towels, and firewood. We were welcomed with compilentary wine. The house itself is rich in history and full of character. It’s spacious, with plenty of cozy corners both inside and outside. The deck offers a breathtaking ocean view. Our host, Linda, was very responsive, quickly addressing any maintenance needs that arose during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the inverter ensured the TV and internet stayed connected during loadshedding. If additional power was needed for extra lighting, an outside generator was available. The area felt safe and secure, and we were at ease throughout our stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the lagoon. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Linda is truly a super host, and we highly recommend staying here.

The place is beautiful, but you gonna freeze to death there, no heaters, and they got electricity problem, you gonna stay in darkness for straight 6hrs, the back up batteries doesn’t work, the fact that the full house has only 2 bathroom was a huge turn off, rooms are not ensuit… Host is very rude, they don’t care about guest, she kicks you out when it’s 10 on the day of check out.. we won’t go back there

My family had a fantastic 3 nights in your accomodation and found ourselves loving your family friendly house.We did have 1 small hiccup with one of the drains being block but after a phone call was sorted out very quickly by a plumber.A very happy clean and lovely place and would highly recommend.

Watching the tide come in….watching it go out….so relaxing. Super weekend with baby, kids, grandparents and dog. Playing in the lagoon all day and enjoying the quiet splashes of the fish in the evenings. Thanks again Charles and Ryk

We had such a fantastic stay at Richards place. The house exceeded our expectations. Its a short walk to the lagoon, we could launch our boat on the lagoon and spend the morning on the water. The house is a 20 min drive from knysna where we could enjoy other amenities like quadbiking etc. We also got to enjoy the local farmers market in sedgefield. Richard was responsive and checked in to make sure we checked in easily and enjoying our stay. We were a group or 9 and the house felt very spacious. The hosts made sure every need was met. I'd definitely recommend staying at this accommodation.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay close to the countryside and not far from restaurants and supermarkets. Abraham’s place was perfect. It was a safe place to stay. The only visitors were beautiful bushbuck and guinea fowl. We loved watching the animals in the garden. Out 6 year old loved the play area and trampoline. We made lots of use of the outside bbq overlooking the Outeniqua mountains. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Being winter and cold they were very well equipped inside the house to ensure we were warm and comfortable, with an indoor wood burning fireplace and heaters in the rooms.

This place is lovely, great place to stay and right off the Garden Route. The community is secure and beautiful with lush greenery and calm wildlife decorating the landscape. There is a clubhouse and sports bar on the property to grab a bite and some ocean views. The apartment itself is comfy, cozy, and clean. The hosts are very responsive and available. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Nima Lodge was absolutely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. The views and architecture is stunning, we just loved it.

Our stay at Ganse See was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, check-in was effortless, thanks to Hettie, the wonderful co-host. She was incredibly welcoming and had a wealth of local knowledge, offering great recommendations on things to do in the area. The location is simply breathtaking perched in the perfect spot to enjoy uninterrupted ocean views, with the soothing sound of waves crashing in the background. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and soak in every moment. An unexpected highlight was the cozy library and selection of board games, which added a special touch to our stay. Whether you're looking to unwind with a book or enjoy a game night, it's a great bonus. We had an unforgettable weekend and will most definitely be returning!

What a fantastic place! The cottage is excellent equipped, tastefully decorated and we loved sitting on the veranda and enjoying the stunning view. Refreshing in the pool on a hot day is wonderful. Adele and Ken are the best hosts you can imagine. Super communication, very friendly and helpful

Just had a wonderful month at Little-fern. Perfect location and everything we needed for a very comfortable, home from home stay! The accommodation is perfect and the pool and garden are stunning - lots of bird life too! Very private and peaceful. Verna and Marius were lovely hosts and took care to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for either short or longer stays and we shall, I hope. Be returning

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer und vom Esstisch aus kann man die Delfine beobachten. Auch von der Küche aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer, selbstverständlich auch vom Balkon aus. Der Strand ist ein paar Meter zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. An diesem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt ist im und am Meer immer etwas los, entweder schwimmen die Delfine vorbei oder eine Robbe sonnt sich am Strand. Wer eine schöne Unterkunft am Meer sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Gastgeberin Janetta ist sehr nett und immer sehr gut zu erreichen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank 🙏

Just wow! This place is just something else. Luxurious bedrooms with a balcony where you can see a beautiful view of the ocean, spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen. You can see and hear the birds around you. There was everything we needed and more. Marianna was so helpful, kind and made everything clear. It’s a short walk to the supermarket and the beach. Definitely staying here when I come back to Wilderness!

Wesley was a great host. It was the first time in years that we checked into a self catering place where the kitchen & bathrooms were extremely clean. The location of the property is perfect. It is just ouside the hustle of a December holiday, but still very close (within a 5 min drive) and the views are better than the pictures. Thanks again Wesley for being a great host.

I was blown away by the beautiful decor, attention to detail and amazing views at Sandro’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. We had such a peaceful stay. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views were epic, the pictures do no justice to what it’s actually like. The pictures do not have a hot tub, but to our surprise for the breezy evenings we got to enjoy the hot tub admiring the views the place had to offer. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. To the host, Sandro your warm hospitality, kindness, communication is on another level. You made us feel like a welcomed friend rather than just a guest.

Bahari has the most spectacular view. You feel as if you’re floating on the ocean. This is our second stay here and we did find that perhaps the house needed some maintenance but other than that we loved it and will happily return. Karen is extremely helpful and quick to assist if there are any issues that require action.
