The overall experience was good. Michelle had very good communication throughout the process. Check-in was very easy when we arrived. Th unit (2 bedroom) was clean and fairly well equipped. We cooked in several dinners and I had to improvise some but the unit had all the basics I needed. The bedrooms were spacious and once weekly housekeeping service was included to change the sheets, towels, etc so that was very nice and helpful. This Westin location is very easy for families and the pools and beaches were great. There is easy snorkeling right in front of the Westin and even though it was a holiday week during New Year's it didn't feel too crowded. Parking is free and the location is very close to Lahaina town for shopping and restaurants and also Whalers Village shopping. The Westin has a shuttle that runs to both these locations and their other properties so that was also helpful. Overall, I do recommend this location and Michelle's property for a stay in Maui. Only one thing to note about the set up of the 2 bedroom is that there is a little entry and then the unit has a large studio bedroom + sofa + small kitchen + bathroom on one side with its own door/entrance and then the other side has the one bedroom + living area+ larger kitchen + larger bath. This worked great for us as we had 2 teenagers and put them in the studio but if you have young children you might not want them completely separate from you (although I guess you could prop the doors open to each unit).

Book now! This is the place to stay when visiting Maui! The resort is incredible, multiple pools, and right on the beach. The sunset from the resort and beach are amazing - picture perfect! Downtown Lahaina is right down the road for shopping and more restaurant options. Jonathan made check in a breeze with the front desk and was great with communication throughout the booking process. Highly recommended staying here!

Ken was super helpful when booking. There was no need to contact him for our stay, as the staff were very accommodating. Our view and stay was beyond expectations. Definitely would love to book again in the future.

We had an incredible 12-day stay at this Airbnb with my wife and our 8-month-old baby! The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which gave us such peace of mind traveling with a little one. The location was great —beach is basically steps off the back patio, shops and the boardwalk—making it super convenient for family outings. The space was comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for an stress-free stay.

The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

We absolutely loved our stay. Sabrina and Tim’s condo was perfect. The location is great. We were able to walk the boardwalk north and south each day. They also have golf carts that can take you down to the beach. At the cabana they have extra chairs for the beach as well as towels. The condo is very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the snacks provided especially the Maui Gold Pineapple. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. We only used one of the beds and it was very comfortable. Sabrina thought of all the little things you might need if you forgot something. You can tell they love hosting. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return someday. ❤️🌈🏝️🌺

Was a bit worried staying at this Airbnb without Marriott being able to confirm our reservation at time of booking, but Catalina assured us that the hotel will have our booking info at least 15 days before our arrival. Apart from the anxiety, everything was as described in the listing with the exception of parking being free or included which originally we were informed was extra. Also, there was the hotel tax of some sort which was minimal - about $9 for 3 nights. Biggest reason why we chose this Airbnb was its location. Having stayed at the Sheraton before which is up the road, the Marriott Maui Ocean Club is right on Kaanapali beach where most of the luxury resorts are and close to Whalers village if you’re looking for good food and shopping. Amenities on the property such as the pool and other activities for the kids were a big plus (see hotels website for more details). As for a the host, she was super responsive and answered all our inquiries in a timely manner. 🤩

Everything matched listing. We stayed here (family of 3 - Mom, Dad, 2yo daughter) in January for whale season. It was much larger than we needed, but loved having a separate room for our daughter. This place could comfortably fit 4 and up to 6 if a couple were kids. The full kitchen was as big as our kitchen at home and had everything we needed. Property has many amenities and is right on the beach. A few different pools and hot tubs to choose from. We really had a great time and it was wonderful to show up after a long travel day with a toddler and have everything as expected. Really took stress out of our vacation.

Very spacious for our family of 3. Great resort with nice pools and kids activities. Would stay here again.

This was our third stay at the Maui Eldorado, and we absolutely loved K.T’s place. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable by helping us secure a second parking spot and bye helping us get some medicine that we left behind. The amenities are also amazing. This is our absolute favorite location to stay in Maui. Thanks K.T.!

I loveeee that we found Sidney’s place as an option on Airbnb ; it totally takes out the stress of Airbnb booking because it’s an owners villa in the Westin ocean villas in Lahaina - so it’s resort style ! Meaning - you don’t have to take the trash out, you don’t have to worry about cleaning or washing towels you’ve used because you ran out. They have EVERYTHING. The villas had everything you needed whether you wanted to stay on site or stay in your villa. This was such a great steal. Honestly , this probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at just because of the convenience and traveling with small children’s. There were shuttles that take you to whalers village and Kihei cafe is a short 10 min drive. There’s also dukes next door which people tend to frequent . The resort itself had activities for the kids daily, the gym was super convenient. I will say since the fire I feel like things/ vendors have moved more to the south in Kihei , Kahului or Wailea but I still love Lāhainā best!
