Great place for a great price!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem appartement und mit schönen Ausblick. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Ich würde gerne nochmal kommen

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Ebenen und 2 Terrassen. Absolut alles Nötigste ist da. So wie in der Beschreibung steht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Ein guter Supermarkt befindet sich in gleichem Gebäude unten. Die Hauptstraße ist daneben und führt zum Altstadt und Strand. Mehrere Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, Währung Exchange Office sind auf dieser Straße zu finden. Und natürlich Restaurants,Bars usw. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und es war sehr guter Mittelpunkt für unsere Tagesreisen in verschiedene Richtungen. Ein Pool und Grillplatz ist auch vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Die Kommunikation war auch nett und angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und schnell, da Office auch gleich daneben ist. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Kalkanvilla Mitarbeiter für die gute Erholung.

The apartment was located close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The walk to the beach and port was approximately 20 mins. There were some scenic narrow streets with various views of the bay nearby. The apartment had equipment to prepare and cook meals, and a great balcony with views of the sea. The apartment overall was comfortable and light, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Rezervasyonun başından sonuna kadar Sevilay Hanım hep yakından ilgilendi. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Hem merkeze hem denize 5-10 dakikalık keyifli yürüme yollarına sahip. Ev çok güzel dizayn edilmişti sanki kendi yazlığımız hissiyatı yarattı. Ailemle birlikte çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik dönmeden bir sonraki ziyaretimizi bile ayarladık 💖 Her şey için teşekkür ederizz

The accommodation was spacious, and the night view was amazing. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. However, the place was not well-maintained, and there was a lot of dust. Also, after the first day, I had to shower with cold water, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, I had a great time staying here. If the cleanliness and hot water issue are improved, it would be a perfect place to stay!

ที่พัก หาง่ายอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถบัส และใกล้กับร้านอาหาร แต่ข้อเสียคือ ต้องเดินขึ้นเนิน และที่พักไม่มีลิฟท์ ดังนั้นคุณควร ใช้กระเป๋าใบเล็ก ส่วนด้านใน กว้างขวาง และที่ระเบียง มีวิวสวยมากสามารถมองเห็นทะเล ข้อเสียมีเล็กน้อย ในช่วงที่ไปพัก อาจไม่ใช่ช่วงไฮซีซั่น ทำให้ห้องพัก มีฝุ่น และไม่ได้สะอาดเหมือนกับที่คิดเอาไว้ แต่ในภาพรวม ทุกอย่างโอเคมาก รวมถึงเจ้าของที่พัก ให้คำแนะนำที่ดี และช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง

Yaşadığımız en iyi, en huzurlu konaklamaydı. Pırıl pırıl bir ev, eksiksiz mutfak, harika terasıyla, meyve bahçesinin içinde bir ev.

Mükemmel bir ev ve ev sahibi. Manzarası , günbatımı , denizi , doğası ve olanakları müthiş. Ev ve konumu mükemmel ötesi diyebilirim. Evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Sabahları deniz harika , öğleden sonra havuz sefası , akşamda Kaş ‘ ta gezmek. Hani derler ya anlatılmaz yaşanır, tamda öyle biryer.

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

3 kişilik aile ve köpeğimizle eve ulaştığımızda Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey çok sıcak bir şekilde bizi karşıladı. Ev tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi. Bir evde olması gereken herşey hatta fazlası mevcut idi. Ev, konum olarak biraz yüksek rakımda ve orman kenarında olduğundan serindi. Bu da sıcaktan bunalmamamızı ve rahat uyumamızı sağladı. Klimayı açmaya hiç ihtiyaç hissetmedik. Bahçe gayet büyüktü ve etrafı çitle kapalı idi. Köpeğimiz bahçede serbestçe dolaşarak keyfini çıkardı. Havuz küçük ama keyifliydi. Sabahları güne zinde başlamak için idealdi. Etraf çok sessiz ve huzurlu idi. Arada sırada uzaktan gelen köpek havlamalarından başka ses duyulmuyordu. Ev sahiplerimiz ilgiliydi. Sıklıkla herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kalacağımız tek adres. Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey’e herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Нам понравился дом, он красивый, аутентичный, присутствует множество ярких деталей приятных глазу. в спальнях кондиционеры, что очень спасало в жару, также кондиционер в гостиной, где тоже проводили много времени, техника, которой пользовались была исправна (стиральная машинка, чайник и другое), но по приезду присутствовал запах старины, который за ночь выветрился. только один нормально функционирующий душ, нас было четверо, поэтому долго ждать не приходилось. Рядом есть смотровая площадка, буквально в 30 минутах ходьбы. Красивый вид с террасы на гору и город. Нужно учитывать тот факт, что без машины до него сложно добраться из города и когда заказывали еду на дом, все курьеры не могли его сразу же найти, поэтому будьте готовы, что придется с ними общаться, и не всегда на английском. С заселением и выселением никаких проблем не возникло. В целом приятное ощущение как из детства, что приехал к бабушке в деревню. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

Berk place was exactly as described, very clean, all what you think and not think in the kitchen… fully equipped house in every sense! Fully working condition air conditioner and showers, comfy beds and most importantly you feel like home without exaggeration.Berk was extremely responsive when contacted. All this is surrounded by club Patara amenities, free swimming pools, going down directly to the private swimming area with sea loungers taking the shuttle transport that the resort provides for free every 10/15mns up and down saves you the walk if you like . Amazingly clean and well looked after by a very friendly staff .overall we really enjoyed our stay at Berk’s place and I would highly recommend his place.

Five of us stayed at Çilek Apartments for 10 days. Burhan accommodated our request for a ground floor apartment with a cot and also provided a high chair. The apartments were looked after by Tamer and his family who were very friendly and so helpful. Communication was via a translation app mostly but it worked really well. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean as was the swimming pool, which is a great size. Çilek Apartments are pretty accessible for a wheelchair user and the location is in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay at Çilek Apartments again.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Gayet güzel bir ev sahipliği yaptı Üzeyir bey evin konumu çok güzeldi önünde ücretsiz park alanı var ve her zaman yer bulunabiliyor altında şok market ve bir mağaza vardı. Ev 3. Kat alt katta güzellik salonu vardı ve komşularımız yoktu bu hoşumuza gitti. Ev gayet güzel dekor edilmişti ama mobilyada biraz eksiklik vardı bence çok önemli değildi

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed it so much Everything was close to us, supermarkets are 3 mins walking, beach is 5 minutes and easy access to transportation.
